The swimming pool is closed for the summer but this information is not mentioned anywhere on their site on booking.com. Even though it is mentioned that they offer airport shuttle bus services, this is misleading as well because this service apparently has stoped for an indefinite period of time. And the breakfast that they provide is an absolute joke, the only item that was provided were muffins.

We appreciated the fact that the room was spacious and pretty clean. Also they have been extremely helpful with storing our bags for a couple of hours after check out.

Not enough staff, breakfast was very limited. I don't know why they even keep posting to have breakfast. The rooms have a large fridge. The microwave did not work and you have to take out your own trash.

close to Miami airport, so easy for traveling. Not along the busy Miami streets, so that is a bonus. The area is very quiet. Room was nice and clean.

Door locks to get back in from outside didn’t work right, room key kept deactivating. Staff weren’t there at the desk had to shout for someone when we checked in. Got lucky someone was coming out as we were going in.

Pool was nice, close to midtown, quick ride to the cruise terminal.

The laundry seemed expensive and the breakfast could some fruits for veg people.

Decent cost good cleanliness but the ac is very loud. They dont have a restaurant but u have your kitchen. Good for long stay.

Their system selling rooms that WERE NOT AVAILABLE UPON ARRIVAL!! YET I WAS STILL CHARGED THE TWO BED RATE!! TOTAL unacceptability to even T-R-Y to make things right for me regardless of the fact that THEY WERE WRONG A-L-L THE WAY AROUND.

The bed had a sunken mattress. I reserved a two-bed room; however, when I came to check-in, they DID NOT honor my specifics on reservation which made me VERY disappointed. I was told they did NOT have ANY two-bed rooms available AT AĹL. It was VERY late and I had no other choice nor reservations any place else. Extended Stay CAN AND SHOULD DO BETTER. I was told they "couldn't believe the system would've given me a type of room that was NOT available. I call it FALSE ADVERTISING!! They MUST DO BETTER THAN insinuating the CUSTOMER (ME) WAS LYING/MISTAKEN. After all, "THE CUSTOMER IS A-L-W-A-Y-S RIGHT"!!

The pool was not working, the stove took forever to get hot I was able to work around it. I did call the front desk who sent up someone to check it out they said 5mins and I never saw them again. At that time I just decided to live with it and just use it when it decided to work. Opportunity for the cleaning service to be provided every 5 days versus 7 days to keep the rooms clean none of the back or side entrance doors were working so if you parked at the back you will need to walk to the front of the hotel to access the building.

The location was ideal, there is a mini gym and a laundry room available for use at a cost of $6USD to wash and dry clothes ($3 each) Staff were very friendly and all items for the kitchen were made available upon request by the staff. Extra security to get in the building at night which required the use of your key card so strangers could not just walk into the building without clearance.

The interior was on the shabby side. We knew there was no warm breakfast but the fact that there was no milk to put in the coffee caught me as a surprise.

We really needed a place as close to the airport as possible for a reasonable price. I guess that’s what it was. It was nice that I could get a toaster when I asked.

Walls are paper thin I had a ground floor and could not sleep because the room above me people kept stumping. Not hot water for breakfast, at first no cups, later they brought cups. Limited items for breakfast. For people on the go, this was not a good pick

Close to Miami International, so easy for travelling, still offer grab and go breakfast, so be aware. Room was big, no TV remote

It’s a good option for staying long, the setting (spaces and equipments) are comfortable. Close to the airport that was what I needed. The staff is very nice and supportive.

The staff never answered the phone and were barely at the front desk. The free wifi was terrible barely worked.

there was no cookware in the room. Then we learned that if we needed something we had to go to the receptionist and request. Most gusts were not aware of that option. There was a bed and sofa in the room. No bedding for the sofa pre-made. we had to go down and request when there was no staff available. It took time and no pillow due to laundry. we stayed for 6 nights and no room service offered. If you have 4 people and a kitchen, the room requires some regular cleaning. we chased the staff everyday to "borrow" a brush to do some cleaning. The laundry room s near the reception and at nights you can hear water filling in. Moreover, the exhaust s near the reception and depending on wind you can smell the laundry. Breakfast was limited to a small muffin. Some days those muffins were not available after 8 am. Side doors are hard to open. there is also $100 deposit. We are foreigners. It means extra $20 lost n exchange rate difference through visa. The pool was closed temporarily, but it looked like a way to cut operational costs

A good location near the airport. The hotel is adjacent to a golf club with a walking trail. Thus , it is quiet and good for an evening walk. 20 min drive to most attractions. Nice neighborhood. some good restaurant in the area.

Close to airport and a great Thai restaurant- was all that was needed for a short layover in Miami. Nothing more nothing less. The front desk agent was lovely even given her grumpy guests and lack of other staff.

The clerk mentioned they didn’t have public restroom, which was a problem for me, since I stayed 6 nights at their establishment.

The location it wasn’t any drifters lounging around the hotel. It wasn’t loud noise from other rooms.

Room, kitchen and bedding were dirty, and I had to checkin just to use a restroom (our room) the woman did not speak a lot of English at checkin. Luckily someone in our party spoke Spanish so we knew they needed another deposit just for keys? She couldn’t explain this in English.
