The night staff was very welcoming I requested a late check-out which was noted next morning the manager came to my and asked me to come to the front which I was on a phone call 15 minutes later the front desk call staff said my manager need you to come to the desk which did spoke with the young lady with regards to my check out time I told her I was doing a late check out she said ok only for her to call me back at 11:48 am to tell me the manager said we don't do late check out and I had to be out of the room by 12 noon so I had the night staff telling me I can do late check out at 3pm which I was willing to pay the $50 only for the first shift manager to say we don't do that and worst part is she didn't even have the decency to speak to me even when I explained my flight was leaving till 9pm and to make matters worse i had to wait 15 minute for the shuttle driver to take me to the airport for he was just sitting in the office bullshiting this was the most unprofessional manager has ever seen and I will never recommend this place to anyone this coming from a avid traveler .

It stated that breakfast was included, breakfast was just muffins and granola bars which isn’t really what I was expecting so a little disappointing.

Rooms were large, with cooking facilities if needed, very clean and beds comfortable. Was booked last minute due to being scammed from previous accommodation booked. Location near the airport and was perfect just to have somewhere to put our heads down for 1 night before we went on a cruise. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Parking access and unloading / checkin parking is non-existent. This is a little awkward at let check in times. I had to leave my big thins in the vehicle in a area of limited exposure and lower lighting than was available at the front door.

Breakfast was adequate in a pinch, however it would be nice to have more and expanded options. When you offer complementary coffee and tea through the day I will up my review to very good overall.

Issue : reserved stay with 1 credit card but paid in full including deposit with a different card but original card was still charged 3 days later for full stay . I sent email to location to rectify , please follow up on this ! No Not located close to too many restaurants

free shuttle was at restricted times only which wasn’t clear when I booked so had to pay $20 for a ride. Pool was out of order. Not all staff spoke English. Very expensive for what it was but guess this is Miami!

I noticed the painted—mold in the bathroom and how the bathroom doors can't lock. The "fitness room" is a complete joke. It only has two cardio machines, and the room is tiny. The main issue was the parking situation, no cameras, and no proper lighting throughout the lot.

At 10:30 pm desk clerk didn’t speak English to help us check in. Check in took a long time even though we pre poked and we’re the only ones on line. Breakfast is granola bars or vending machine foods for purchase. Booked a room for 6 adults but had to request towels and blankets for guests 5-6. Carpet in hallways is absolutely filthy. The base of our toilet on tub side was disgusting—had not been cleaned. Desk clerk did her best to help even though we couldn’t understand each other. Double beds should not be in hotel rooms for 6 guests. Pool closed.

The walls were very thin so you could hear everything from the surrounding rooms. The sliding door to the dirty airport shuttle was broken. It kept rolling open.

When we first walked into the room it looked clean unfortunately we found a first roach. Then we found another 3 roaches including one on the bed which is when we were getting ready to leave. My father went unto the desk the first time at night after we found the roach and they just asked how big it was they never said I'm so sorry let me switch rooms for you nothing. They did nothing at all. When I went to check out I got the girl up front now and the maintenance lady and they both were saying oh that's never happened yet after looking through everything in the reviews it does show people have found insects in their room. There were also things in the bathroom that were broken. I will not be back.

Parking at front was limited, but that wasn't really a problem as there were sufficient around the sides/back of the building. Stairwells did smell smoky, like guests were using them to smoke.

Location close to airport was excellent rooms were clean, staff were friendly for the most part. Parking was adequate, The separate "Trash" room was a great idea as well, for disposal of larger pieces for shopping, food, etc.

They could have provided a better selection of kitchenware considering it is an extended stay.

The location was close to highways but not in major traffic. We did have an incident that was definitely out of the ordinary but the staff never missed a beat.

Cleaning of room once a week. I stayed for 4 nights, 5 days so didn't get a clean. The garbage was full. Dirty towels about, crumbs in bed.... The price is the same to places with daily cleaning. I did not notice this cleaning requirement when I booked. At least clean every 3rd day. A week is too long Rooms face each other at the back so lacked privacy. People at the pool were staring into my room. With curtains closed then you are in pitch darkness during the day. So couldn't fully enjoy Coffee, tea and granola bar should not be called breakfast. Again for the price point, i expeceted more... and by 9.30 it's all gone :(. At least leave the coffee machines out.
