When checking in on Friday - the front desk clerk was unfriendly and unpleasant. The Sunday morning desk clerk was quite welcoming and friendly.

Only downfall was one of the front desk workers. He was VERY rude when we asked for extra pillow and blanket for pull out couch. I believe his name was Jonathan.

The staff I talked to at arrival was polite but cold. When checked out, another staff told me I couldn't change my credit card for payment and the my registered card had been charged. She told me I booked at booking.com, the 3rd party, they just took payment with the card registered in booking.com. I was surprised. There are two TVs in the room. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. This hotel had not much holiday decorations, probably because it was a business hotel. But a weird feeling during the holidays.

The suite is big with kitchen. Breakfast area is big.

Breakfast staff unattended. She was having personal conversation with someone in dining area while all breakfast items got emptied and not replenished. Cold coffee first thing in AM yuk

Oven was dirty and pans were greasy-- definitely needed a cleaning! Also, no blanket for the couch bed. Pricey for a Saturday night stay.

Beds were super comfy, front desk employee was very friendly and helpful; nice big room, well equipped. Nice to have a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good -- nice to have more than just "continental" options.

I was told I booked the wrong room and was charged a "room upgrade" that I didn't agree to. I've called 800 Hilton three times, the hotel directly twice and booking.com once and have not received any credit or explanation. Also, entering and leaving the hotel not one person behind the desk greeted us. Also, hot breakfast was supposed to be included (one reason I chose this hotel) and on the second morning it was just grab and go due to construction. We ended up going out and spending money we weren't prepared to spend.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. A little updating could really help this hotel.

When we booked this our stay this year we were thinking laundry was complimentary like it was last year and when we arrived we were told it was 2 dollars to wash and 2 dollars to dry which deterred us from using the laundry facilities entirely. The only other thing that made things a little inconvenient was not having a working phone in our room to be able to contact the front desk for new towels or bathroom necessities we had to go down the 4 floors by stairs or elevator.

Being able to have a full kitchen was so great for our family.
