With the sofa bed being part of the accommodations, the mattress seemed a bit thin so the springs and frame members could be felt a bit, but that's a sofa bed...it was OK.

The selections were good. I made a special point of getting started with the breakfast. Morning TV broadcasts were helpful for the weather and pertinent information, and the comfortable venue made starting the day relaxing. The other guests were very friendly and happy to share conversation.

pool / hot tub was closed for half the time we were there (hot tub the whole time) - List this on the site when booking - it was the reason we choose this hotel and was quite disappointed. If I only wanted a place to sleep I would have picked a cheaper hotel. This was a mini vacation for us - didn;t turn out that way. When checking in the sirens went off for a tornatdo warning - not told where to go for safety -- did not like that. So the start to our mini vaca was a bad omen.

I would have preferred a choice for breakfast meats - I am not a sausage lover and it was on the menu both mornings - maybe switch every other so those staying more than 1 night would get something they like at least once. And a variety of yogurt not just the same flavor all the time.

Being Very Big Coffee drinkers in the morning … the hotel ran out of coffee , in Lobby And For rooms ! And , Even Tho , it advertises Breakfast … That Wasn’t Happening either … they ran out of Everything. My mom is handicapped … and We had to go out for coffee and breakfast the days we were there. So , that was inconvenient and difficult.

Location. But most importantly, a walk in shower my mother could get into. And my brother, having a separate room from us ladies. Having a living room & kitchen is Great !

Great place and location. I was disappointed as I requested a first floor and received a fourth floor. I do not like elevators and this was very upsetting to me.

My room was close to the elevator, so I could constantly hear the doors opening and closing when I was in the suite. Unfortunately, the room next to me had younger family members who keep going in and out of the room, but did not have keys, so they were constantly in the corridor banging on the door to be let in, even for durations of up to 5-10 minutes before the folks inside would let them back into the room. I realize this is out of the property's control and just the luck of the draw. The doors to the rooms slam shut and make a significant amount of noise. (Not ticked, just giving constructive criticism since you asked!)

Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot but not overcooked even at 8-8:30 am. It seemed like the size of the TV was larger on this visit than my previous stay.

I just wish there was a coffee available for us--we had to drive through nearby Starbucks and for 8am conference, it was a bit tight. However, we did love this hotel and we will come back!

I was at a conference at IU and this hotel worked very well for my purpose. It was a few miles away from the campus. It was better this way as we were away from the noice of the weekend crowd at and around campus. The hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff.

Water tasted yucky. It tasted like dirt or mold. The pool and tub were out of commission for our trip and that wasn't disclosed, so make sure before you purchase.

Room was super clean and nice. The pillows and bed were really comfortable. Breakfast was okay..it wasn't very warm. Coffee and the omelet were good.

Did not eat breakfast. Shut down too early (9 am) for my schedule Mon-Tues. And arrived v late Sat-Sun am, so not up by 10 am. Only had 1 roll TP - embarrassed to ask for at desk, so bought some at walmart. With no daily maid service, garbage an issue, til I requested garbage bags. No extra coffee components; Could have used roll paper towels in kitchen; just 2 dish rags. no liquid soap in kitchen; Would have liked a larger suite option with two bedrms --- son snores badly so didn't sleep well. Would have appreciated recliner in living room; chair hard; side chairs at table were in lovely fabric but had no support in seat; sofa was hard. Bathrooms should have had hand-bars by toilet; really needed the one in bathtub. With the aging pop (relatively healthy) you shouldn't have to ask for "handicapped accessible" room to get basic safety features! Wished entrance had overhang -- could have packed car better in rainstorm.

Liked not fact was quiet - no noisy cleaning crew in am, even close to elevator was quiet. Like kitchen/ living rm suite. Beds were comfy; Appreciated checkout at noon & pleasant desk clerk who allowed an hour's extension.
