The blanket on our bed seemed a little small. My wife kept stealing it from my side. There were weird mechanical noises heard most nights. They didn't keep us up but were a little annoying.

The place was clean, big, and attractive. The reception, dining area was very big and had a beautiful fireplace in the middle. The grounds seemed beautiful for our location, which was in the city. The staff was very pleasant, especially the lady running the morning breakfast....she needs a raise. Our room was large and comfortable.

Building was older than expected, updates are needed. Toilet would run if handle wasn’t flushed a certain way. Cracks were found all along the ceiling.

Suite was good for the family size but several things were broken...elevator button to go down, bathroom door was cracked, counter was literally cracked in half... You had to request bacon or sausage. It wasn't out with breakfast and they literally ran out of eggs. For the money we spent to have her family in one suite at the hotel. It was a very big disappointment.

Hotel was close to the activities that we were in town for.

Our suite was dated, some of the wallcoverings were peeling & shabby. The suite itself was ok for our needs but the bed linens were different as there was a bottom sheet, a dust ruffle was your top sheet & I guess it was supposed to be a duvet cover on top.

The breakfast was nice. My husband had surgery 1st thing in the morning so the breakfast time was great & I could take it to go, I did supply my own bowl. The next morning the only option he could eat was scrambled eggs & oatmeal.

My only "complaint" was the fold out bed. The furniture in the livingroom was too bulky to use the fold out bed, so my 2yr old slept on the couch. It wasn't really a problem because my kid will sleep anywhere, including the floor. But it would've been nice to have a proper bed with bedding. So if you NEED the fold out bed, look elsewhere.

I liked the location to pretty much anywhere within Raleigh. It was also a well kept hotel. It was clean & modern.

The kitchen didn't have enough kitchen stuff. Need dish soap along with dishwasher soap. 1 of the beds was not comfortable. The carpet is worn needs to be replaced with vinyl flooring it will keep mold and bugs down to minimum. I saw and killed a couple of bugs, but it is hard to keep under control with all the people coming and going. The pool was dirty and had bugs in it. The water was extremely cold. The lawn furniture was ripped and the mosquitoes were awful. They only had 3 outside towels for any one to use. Need to use a different brand of coffee and get different creamers in stock.

Proximity to crabtree mall and PNC arena. The room was spacious. The breakfast was great, but I didn't care for the coffee. The staff doing breakfast was exceptional.

The lamp shade in the living area was damaged., severely. I had to jiggle the toilet several times for water to refill the tank. There were no kitchen utensils in the drawer.

Everything was really nice except 1 elevator working. Took a long time to go up and down to get to and from room.
