How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No tub in room or hot tub in pool area
Rooms are like a studio , loved the kitchen in room and the sofa bed. And h was able to bring my puppies

The wash and dryers didn't have a machine to get quarters or a credit card accepting wash and drying machines. The lobby didn't have quarters . I was forced to leave the hotel to get change to be able to wash my clothes.
I like that it wasn't on a main highway . It was a private setting location

Rules were not enforced and had to deal with two groups with kids. The kids were hanging from anything they could bouncing around shoving people and just causing chaos that could potentially be dangerous. We were unable to use the pool since my young kids felt unsafe with all the toys being thrown around. After the second time I was hit in the head with a toy we left the pool. We were in the pool area for 10 mins. The kids were so loud you could hear them by the front desk and no one asked the parents to leave the pool area if they couldn't get their kids to follow the rules. The parents just let the kids run free through the hotel with no supervision. When we tried to put the tv on for our kids the volume didn't work it nover got above a whisper, this was an issue the last time we stayed too. I understand not wanting to disturb other guests but we had to put captions on bc you could never hear the TV.
Good location and easy to get to. Lots of food options close by and good breakfast spread.

Staff was professional and friendly. Desk staff as well as support staff. Real glassware, dinner ware and silverware at breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Had a suite, which was way more than I needed but it was a great space.

Heater in room was very loud, had to turn it off at night to sleep. Woken up at 6:30 am by garbage truck outside smashing large bins.
Great breakfast included with pleasant dining area. Pool was warm and clean. Very friendly reception and clean room with good kitchen and sitting area.

Minor complaint was the pool looked slightly cloudy. Needs a good cleaning.
Rooms were very clean. We are a family of five and it's a kid-friendly hotel. Liked the breakfast and staff very nice. We were in town to go to the Strong Museum (12 minute drive). Location was easy to get to and many restaurants nearby (Olive Garden close by and Red Lobster).

The pull outs were pretty low quality and the mattresses could be better quality . Otherwise it was great .
The little kitchens, the separate bedroom. Cot availability. And a proper breakfast included . The staff were all kind and accommodating.

The hotel staff was amazing!! Especially the young gentleman at the front desk when we arrived. He was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The room was very spacious and clean. We will definitely stay again!

Was forced to have housekeeping on 3 rd day of stay, apparently it was a rule. I wasn't able to decline and was leaving the next day.
Staff was pleasant and friendly, the breakfast was wonderful and room was roomy.

The rooms are very clean and super nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well kept. I couldn’t find my airpods, had no idea what I did with them. I got an email stating, I left them behind. For a small fee they mailed them back to me. Great customer service! I’m so grateful for the cleaning crew, for finding my airpods and getting them back to me
