Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe balcony to look out at the ocean is tiny and you overlook an ugly roof area directly below. The door to the room is literally right where people get off the elevators. During high season this is likely noisy and disturbing.
The Ocean-view King room was spacious with a separate kitchenette and loveseat.

United StatesThis may sound silly but we stayed in room 909. The couch and the bed both faced away from the ocean. If the room would have just been flip flopped it would have been laid out the same just facing the OCEAN. And no microwave in the room.
It was right on the beach. Very welcoming staff. The place is beautiful. The room was spacious even though it was laid out with both the bed and tv facing away from the ocean. Could have placed the furniture to see the ocean

Nice size room and bathroom. No rugs. Comfortable bed and pillows. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The staffs had smiles on their faces which is very welcoming. Entertainment was delightful. Right on the beach. Courtesy chairs and umbrellas was a big plus!
