We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesToilet sits too close to the cabinet and you easily hit your elbow on the toilet paper holder. Ceiling had rust and the bathroom floor was sticky. Sliding glass doors to outside did not work very well and there was a lot of noise and people throwing beer bottles and lit cigarettes from the balcony.
Bed was very comfortable and shower was hot with great water pressure.

United StatesThe glory days for this property are long gone. The exterior of the building is cracked and crumbling. The first room we were assigned had a very nasty odor. The patio doors need replaced as I kind of had to lift and slide to get them to move.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was in the area we prefer to stay when we are in Lincoln.

FranceRemote home. Dispite a poorly maintained set the room was clean. Deplorable state of the room : warped bathroom ceiling with rust spots, torn shower curtain, torn wall soap dish, rusty sink faucet, torn carpet, deteriorated wooden bed frame. The hotel has a whole deserves the closure of the establishment. Hotel guests experience the inconvenience of studio residents : very loud music, barking dog..... A lot of noise. To avoid absolutely. We will never come back.

United StatesThe hotel halls reeked of marijuana. The beds were held up by 2×4s with sharp ends sticking out both sides. Bedbugs. Everything was incredibly dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The patio door to the outside did not fully close or even lock so I felt unsafe. The a/c didn't work and everything was damp from humidity. The room stunk of marijuana, cigarette smoke, and mildew.

United StatesPrice was right but there were no amenities. Little things like coffee downstairs in the lobby ran out early and that was that. No more remainder of the day. No shampoo or conditioner. No fridge or microwave. Pool was not open outdoors as of June 8.

United StatesFor starters, when I went to take a shower, there was somebody else's used washcloth hanging from the shower curtain, as well as a ball of hair in the tub! Disgusting! Then, there were no luggage dollies to help me carry in all my stuff, so I had to make 3 trips from the car to get everything up to the room. Then, when I got to my room, it smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and bleach! What I SHOULD'VE done was change rooms, but I just dealt with it. The elevator had a similar smell to it. What would've been nice, was for the front desk guy to care about having a suitcase dolly handy. He didn't even care.
The front desk guy was able to come up to my room and get the thermostat off the heating setting and onto the A/C setting :) The luggage dolly was accessible for my checkout.
