The non smoking room smelled like smoke very bad. You had to take the lid off of the toilet every time you used it & jiggle the insides for it to flush. Was not worth the money.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly when we arrived. The location was nice.

Lack or poor quality of amenities, e.g. there were no cups; soap very abrasive, dries skin, towels were thin and were scratching skin. Breakfast more than bad: even 'tea bag' was just powder tea bag, there is absolutely nothing edible in the 'breakfast' menu.

Location is good, and rooms are relatively spacious.

The hotel wasn’t up to good cleaning standards. The hall ways wasn’t swept or vacuumed. The room wasn’t swept or vacuumed. There was hair on the sink in the bathroom, as well as in the tub and on the toilet. The stay was good but the cleaning of the hotel and rooms definitely need to be done better.

The full trashcan left in our room from previous guests, sat outside our door to be dumped. The broken key access pad on the other side of building. Tried to get in building while raining, we had to get back in our vehicle and go around building to get in.

Since it's an extended stay it would have been preferable if the rooms came with kitchen items ie a few utensils, a few dishes and maybe a pot/ or two.

AWFUL experience at check-in; hotel made me wait 50 MINUTES to check in @ 1:30 am, saying they couldn’t assign me a room during the daily audit - then the asst. manager Felicia woke me up the next morning not to apologize - but to justify the issue. I WILL NEVER ATAY HERE AGAIN - THEY DON’T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!

Nosey, doors slammed all night! Kids running up and down the hall… room smelled like weed and cigarettes! Tiolet barely flushed, asked for maintenance but was given a plunger.

Bad breakfast choices, outside door does not work with the key card I parked around the building to get in easier and had to walk all the way around because the key card didn’t work. Didn’t feel safe doing that. Dirty carpet (stains)

Breakfast. Also when I arrived I was given a room that was occupied. I needed to go back to the desk and get a new room.

Breakfast was in all honesty a joke. There was a few granola bars and literally one muffin at 7:00 AM

I didn’t like a few things. The floor in the room was extremely sticky. There was someone’s toothbrush still there. The shower had mold. The breakfast was by far the most disappointing. I would think for paying almost $200 the breakfast would be a lil better. Got there around 8 & there was no coffee. The receptionist came with a cup of coffee that had coffee grounds in it. The selection for breakfast was oatmeal & prepackaged muffins.
