People were yelling and slamming doors at 5 am in the hallways, the hallways had a strange odor and as soon as I walked into my room, I saw two (2) roaches within 5 minutes. I have never stayed/lived anywhere with roaches so I didn't sleep comfortably at all.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! They explained everything perfectly and helped me to understand all the costs. I loved the layout of the room! The rooms are set up with a full-sized kitchen, and a complete workstation with a removable rolling desk (those are super helpful and convenient). It has the looks and feel of a studio apartment. I am looking for an extended stay a little more long term than one (1) night and I would have loved to stay here.

The floors in our room were flithy. We got some water on the floor from the shower, so we wiped it up with the damp towel that we used after the shower. Well, the towel came back with black streaks on it because of the dirty floor. I ended up wearing socks or shoes at all times in the room because of the floors. I ended up buying new pillows and a blanket from Target and using them on top of the comforter because I swore some kind of bug crawled on my foot under the blanket, my boyfriend didn't feel anything, but I wasn't taking any chances. The pillows were just flat and uncomfortable and the bed made my back hurt. The small kitchen was cute in the room, even though we only used the refrigerator. The drawer in the kitchen was gross, though. The surrounding area was loud with sirens and cars, so it really wasn't a quiet weekend, and there were some questionable people hanging around later at night who seemed under the influence of something. This morning (the final morning) we were here, we were woken up by loud banging on the door, and I mean it was loud & aggressive banging that lasted several mminutes, to be greeted by 2 kids who happened to "have the wrong room". That wasn't the hotel's fault, but I figured I'd describe the whole experience. I probably won't come back here.

This was the cheapest hotel we could find to go on a spontaneous weekend beach trip (no, I didn't realize it was a holiday weekend at the time), so we spent 2 nights here. Overall, the staff were nice. The kitchen in the room was nice, and we would have probably used it if we stayed longer.

Not enough hand soap to wash hands and the shower pressure was terrible. However only was given 2 pillows for me and my partner during our stay. However I would expect at least 4 pillows for a queen size bed for 2 people but for the price I paid I expected better at least.

Despite being a "suite" you need to tell them what you need for your use in the kitchen part. They are happy to provide what you want. Inconvenienced a bit is all. Overall a good place to stay a night or more.

The mattress pads, pillows, and towels had yellow stains on them. Gross! When I first arrived my tub had a pubic hair in it.

The location is the only good thing about this place. The washers and dryers were convenient. This place is a dump. They are way overpriced.

Breakfast was very basic. Would have liked to have had at least a choice of muffins instead of just nutrigrain bars, but it's understandable with the price point of the room.

The whole time we were there, you could smell the cannabis from the other room. it was too much for the younger children. Also, walls are semi thin, I am happy someone was getting it. However, very scary for younger ears, especially when it was at random times in the middle of the night.
