The drain in the tub didn't work, no clean towels when we checked in

The room was a bit dirty. The beds were clean but the bathroom door didn't open all the way, and the bathroom door knob was broken. There were splatter marks on the walls in various places and so much dust and cobwebs.

It was decently priced, and the hotel was conveniently next to the convention center, so we didn't need to drive, which was super nice. The staff was super nice and got our reservation figured out. They were very helpful.

Toilet leaking the whole time. The Tub had air leaking around the seal of faucet and caused the bathroom to freeze literally had to close the door of bathroom to keep room warm. Not to mention the door to room was not seal.

Location of the property! The fact that there was closet space.

No Communication ,the rooms only get cleaned every two weeks that’s not good can’t get get towels or wash clothes can’t get cleaning supplies to clean the room your self but just wait them weeks for them too come to do it , Booked my room and booking on this site messed my reservation up cause y’all had a glitch that took my money and didn’t pay them and every time they swipe my card it said declined so I had to show them where booking.com took my money out my account for reservation here and now the charge me more money cause of this not good at all no courtesy for customers cause of this there system glitch no nothing at all y’all can do better than what y’all doing

Very thin blanket/comforter, no remote to the TV, not sure about week days, but we were there F-Sun & there's a night club in front of/next to the property where the music resonates through the hotel until late hours.

Close to the convention center & free parking, so we were able to walk. Full fridge to keep beverages and food cold.

room heater did not work, was promised by desk clerk some would come to fix but did not, luckily room stayed warm enough anyway. was also told wifi was going to be fixed soon, did not work entire time there.

I didn't like the fact that I was put right next to a night club. It was extremely loud on the weekends until about 3-4 in the morning. One of the rooms I was staying in had a leak above my room. Within an hour the ceiling starting falling. Water was everywhere. I had to move all of my things in the middle of the night into a new room. This new room smelled so bad and had roaches in it. I paid way to much money to stay in crap. The staff was not helpful and the manager was very rude about the entire situation.

There wasn't really much too like. It was a disaster from the moment I checked in.

they took another $175.92 off my dollar account because they you had not payed them, when I payed the $50 .00 security deposit I got the $50.00 back but not the $175.92 it had come off my dollar account when questioned they said it had not I had already paid for the hotel in the uk I even showed them when it had come off, my account which was 3rd november 2021 before I left so where is my $175.92

The building was older and does need updating. We didn't like that there was no soap in the bathroom or in the kitchette. There was not a trash can in the room besides the bathroom. The fact that we was in the same building with other that are living there regularly.

We liked that it was in a convenient location and the doors were located on the outside of the building. Liked that it had a full size fridge and stove. That there was a security guard on the property 24/7.
