Nothing in the kitchen not even a pot to boil water or a cup and spoon absolutely nothing. The hall way needs a different airfreshener as the one they use smells nasty. Definitely not home from home.

Breakfast bars and oatmeal packets are not a continental breakfast. In 11 days my room diddnt get cleaned. My room keys got turned off twice because I left my pistol in my room. I was told guns aren't allowed. When I asked for that in writing they couldn't produce said restrictions.

There was a funny smell in the hallways and in the room. In the lobby you have to go up some stairs and additional stairs if you are on the 3rd floor. There aren't any elevators. Since it is extended stay housekeeping only comes every 14 days, so you are responsible for taking out your own trash.

It was an easy location to find. There are a lot of food options around the area. The rooms were clean and neat. Your room will come with a fridge, stove and microwave. You can get utensils from the front desk.

-The strong smoky smell of the room - no trashcan was provided - the toilet did not flush properly - the bathroom was not cleaned. There were dried sprays of someone’s spit/toothpaste above the sink/on the mirror, hair on the towels - it was NOT clear on the booking site that the lobby would be locked and unmanned after a certain time (even when I provided my ETA). I was lucky to catch the clerk as he was leaving.

The breakfast was only bags of oatmeal and coffee. But there wasn't any bowls out for the oatmeal.

Room coach was broken. If you sat in it, it would fold up like a taco. While nice to have a kitchenette, how about something stocking it other than a kitchen towel and trash can? No hair dryer nor clothes iron, yet an ironing board? Also, no elevator and 3 floors.

Ran out of coffee at 7:00 am Breakfast was a granola bar or hot water and an oatmeal packet.

My bathroom was extremely nasty ! Snot on the walls of the shower , scum all in the tub , dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom, bed sheets were discolored 🤮. Bath towels were stained and wash rags were stained

Breakfast is grab and go and it is good. I loved the muffins but I don't know why there are not anymore!!.I used to grab 1 for me 1 for my daughter and 1 for my grandson ..and were deliccious. The staff is excellent proficiency and always taking care of the guests.

This place is absolutely nasty. Place smells like death. Rooms are absolutely nasty. I would not walk around in the room without socks on. Bugs were all over the place. Window was open when we got in our room. Staff has no idea what they're doing. I was told I would get a refundd and never did. They won't release the funds through Booking.com to pay me back.

When we arrived, the gentleman checking us in said he did not have a room available. He said they usually have a room blocked off for situations like ours, and said not to worry. He went to make sure the rooms were available to use, and when he returned he was carrying an Ozone generator which I thought was very odd. He proceeded to tell me that the Ozone generator was used in the room to get rid of lingering smells. We were very concerned at this point, but tried to stay positive since we were 4 hours away from home and I knew rooms were very limited due to a big concert being in town. After looking into it, he said there were 2 rooms available but that the microwave didn’t work and one of the cabinet door facings were missing in one of the rooms. The other he said was fine. He led us downstairs to look at each room and decide which one we wanted. There was no elevator, only a stuffy, and smelly stairwell leading to the lower level. The hallway was dim lit and smelled awful. He took us down to the first room which was all the way at the very end of the creepy hallway, and there was an awful smell. So he took us to the next room which was at the complete opposite end of the hallway, and it still smelled awful but not quite as bad as the first. We told him the second room would be okay we literally just needed somewhere to freshen up and then sleep for the night, and be leaving early the next morning. We got our room key, placed our belongings in the room, freshened up and left for the concert. My daughter and her cousin sprayed lots of perfume to try to cover up the smell. They were both very freaked out by being in what felt like a basement at the end of a dark hallway in an extremely foul smelling room. I won’t lie, I felt quite uncomfortable too. After we returned from the concert it was late and I was very tired. We walked into the room and the smell was worse than before. We packed up and hit the road.

The hotel was in a good location, close to shopping and dining and a nice area.

Hollow walls? Quest upstairs jumping/running until 3 a.m. being vegan could not eat the packaged muffin, maybe offer fruit. Very nice kitchen area, not one fork or pot in sight. Goodwill has affordable pans incase of thief. We booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms the shower did not work, 1 tv 2as broken.

Very affordable, spacious rooms, hot coffee in a.m. plenty of parking.
