Nothing in the kitchen not even a pot to boil water or a cup and spoon absolutely nothing. The hall way needs a different airfreshener as the one they use smells nasty. Definitely not home from home.

Breakfast bars and oatmeal packets are not a continental breakfast. In 11 days my room diddnt get cleaned. My room keys got turned off twice because I left my pistol in my room. I was told guns aren't allowed. When I asked for that in writing they couldn't produce said restrictions.

There was a funny smell in the hallways and in the room. In the lobby you have to go up some stairs and additional stairs if you are on the 3rd floor. There aren't any elevators. Since it is extended stay housekeeping only comes every 14 days, so you are responsible for taking out your own trash.

It was an easy location to find. There are a lot of food options around the area. The rooms were clean and neat. Your room will come with a fridge, stove and microwave. You can get utensils from the front desk.

-The strong smoky smell of the room - no trashcan was provided - the toilet did not flush properly - the bathroom was not cleaned. There were dried sprays of someone’s spit/toothpaste above the sink/on the mirror, hair on the towels - it was NOT clear on the booking site that the lobby would be locked and unmanned after a certain time (even when I provided my ETA). I was lucky to catch the clerk as he was leaving.

There was hair in my drain that prevented the water to leave the tub, they basically told me I was being dramatic and said the hair was never there, there was a naked woman walking around the building, everytime I left my room the room key did not work, it was so stressful I barely got to use the room. Never booking again honestly.

This place is a joke! Whoever designed it had to be smoking crack! The building is a maze that’s confusing to move around in. There’s no elevator, so if you’re on floor two or above, you have to climb stairs! There was so much pot smoke and lasting odor, I thought Snoop and his crew was staying there. There was no room service for getting towels and/or sheets and pillowcases. They only do that every 14 days! You even have to get your own trash to the dumpster! And, when you do take towels, sheets, etc. to the clerk, Dennis counts every item and tells you if you didn’t bring him, for example, six pillowcases, which he argued with me that I only brought him 4! Argued! And there was a stain on the top blanket and he claimed they’d have to throw it away! Ridiculous! He was acting like we were at the Ritz and everything was top shelf! He angered me so much that I had some really bad things to say and then he called the police on me when I wouldn’t leave the desk! He threatened to throw me out, but I just ended our stay by leaving the next morning, after I’d reserved the room for another week while we were waiting on our apartment to be ready. Needless to say, they missed almost $1000 by being stupid! Needless to say, I’ll NEVER stay there again!!

Entire building had a horrible smell, video camera at reception is usually a sign of frequent unwanted (criminal) activity and had that been in the hotel advertisement we never would've considered the hotel. Most of the positive reviews are due to the price, which IS too good to be true. We requested a refund 10 minutes after checking in and are still waiting for one.

The breakfast was only bags of oatmeal and coffee. But there wasn't any bowls out for the oatmeal.

The staff were friendly and helpful. For the most part it was pretty clean.

Room coach was broken. If you sat in it, it would fold up like a taco. While nice to have a kitchenette, how about something stocking it other than a kitchen towel and trash can? No hair dryer nor clothes iron, yet an ironing board? Also, no elevator and 3 floors.

Ran out of coffee at 7:00 am Breakfast was a granola bar or hot water and an oatmeal packet.

My bathroom was extremely nasty ! Snot on the walls of the shower , scum all in the tub , dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom, bed sheets were discolored 🤮. Bath towels were stained and wash rags were stained

Breakfast is grab and go and it is good. I loved the muffins but I don't know why there are not anymore!!.I used to grab 1 for me 1 for my daughter and 1 for my grandson ..and were deliccious. The staff is excellent proficiency and always taking care of the guests.

This place is absolutely nasty. Place smells like death. Rooms are absolutely nasty. I would not walk around in the room without socks on. Bugs were all over the place. Window was open when we got in our room. Staff has no idea what they're doing. I was told I would get a refundd and never did. They won't release the funds through Booking.com to pay me back.

Absolutely nothing. It was a horrible experience.
