I called ahead to see if my room was ready before o went to the grocery store….wanted to make sure I had access to my rooms fridge before shopping. Female desk person was very rude on the phone. She was also rude when I arrived. My room had not been cleaned well. The trash from the previous guest was still in the bathroom. It appears that they may have been sick, according to the trash that was in the can. There was hair on the bathroom counter….not mine. Had to ask for a hair dryer…..was told if they could find one….I’d get it. Kitchen area had been stripped of all items. Not even a spoon. Kitchen trash can was full. Lots of old food items….smelled bad. Furniture was old and all of it showed signs of wear. Phone did not work, and neither did one of the lamps. When I stopped at the desk to check out and return my keys..I had 2 room, another female desk attendant just took them from me, looked at the computer, and said…”Your Done” Yes I am….with this hotel. Didn’t ask about my stay, didn’t say thank you or have a nice day either . She said that “I’m done”..then she turned around and walked away..leaving me standing there angry at the poor customer service.

One of the male staff members were very helpful to me when I noticed the first issue with my room. I was also happy that my room had a recliner.

The bathroom shower was peeling and the walls were damaged. Although the room was clean enough it felt old and unkempt

Place was dirty and smelled. Requested a room change because the refrigerator was very loud, made a humming sound.

Very disappointing, the advertisement stated breakfast but it wasn’t, it was a Snack bar. No hot food, just coffee and snacks. No Fruit or Juices.

It was dark and scary not well lit the sign light was out so it was hard to find the hotel from the street. Then the hallway inside the hotel was dark walking to my room. It smells mildew mixed with cigarettes in the non smoking room. Spots on the bed skirt. Paint splatter on the toilet bottom looks like dried blood. The refrigerator was old and smells mildew as well. The air-conditioner was loud and creepy sounds. For $135.00 Not worth the money. It should be a Red roof inn!

Our room was not ready when we arrived over an hour after check in. We waiting 20 minutes and then asked and were told there were no cleaners even on the property at that time. We were running late for an event and were told we should find another hotel, so we asked for a refund and walked out. All other hotels in the area were booked so we ended up stranded.

got to hotel at 1630 on the 6th greeted by Brian N at the front desk check in. Advised although I have a reservation, no room available. He went on to say there are no rooms available at local hotels due to some sort of concert. I was told staff did not come in and only half of the rooms from checkout Saturday were cleaned.

but the property was in need of repairs and dirty. You need to request kitchenware and go get from the front desk - not convenient at all.

It was not cleaned properly and management had to come right after we checked in to do it. They were great about it but you could tell from the smell that housekeeping cut corners on this room.

location is convenient to many places in Columbia area

The room was small. The kitchen did not have any dishes or utensils in the room. I later found out that I had to order them at the time of check in. The soaps in the bathroom were small. The toilet seat was extremely low. The room felt cramped. There were no other complimentary items besides the soap. No toothbrush or toothpaste. Even though I just needed the room for the night. My experience was just that a room with a bed and TV. There was nothing relaxing or comfortable about the room.

The staff was courteous. When I was checking out the clerk gave me a printed receipt upon request. The hallways and rooms were quiet. The room was clean.

But on the other hand no housekeeping for a whole week stay you have to take your own linens down and I was unable to do so they housekeeping only comes once every 2 weeks think that's something people should know

the listing said there was a tub. the stopper didn’t work. and the shower was permanently on. you could not run a bath. bed was uncomfortable. there was one pillow for each my husband and I. the noise horrible throughout the night.
