This hotel was great in every way. The rooms are super nice. The lobby area is huge with very nice areas for guests to find an area overlooking the lake by themselves or find an area to gather with friends. I’ve stayed here before, and would definitely come again.

This hotel was a fabulous place to stay in the Hayward area. The facility is large. It has a very nice sitting area with a lakefront. The pool and workout rooms were great. Nice staff, good rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff member was a little impatient with us as we were giving our contact information. Washroom was odd. Closing door was awkward and toilet paper holder was too far away to reach comfortably.

Great choices for breakfast. Lobby gave an excellent view of the lake. Path down to the boat dock was well kept up. Property was well maintained. Interior of hotel was very rustic and relaxing.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, five stars to Gwen. great decor and large welcoming public area. Pool area was great, initial reason I had booked at this hotel as I had grandsons with and pool area looked large and family friendly, which it was. Room was clean and comfortable, good size space. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best, along with a very pleasant area to dine in. Had some great outside social/play areas and options which Gwen pointed out when checking in.

Clean with excellent facilities. Nice gathering area for breakfast. We used that area to have some pizzas for dinner one night with some extended family. I would recommend this hotel; we will stay again.

Liked everything, but could add: Small shelf (maybe above toilet?) in bathroom and/or additional towel bar/hook(s). Night light in bathroom.

Breakfast was great, many selections, good quality foods, server was very attentive to refilling items as needed.

There was one issue I had since I didn't know the area and that was when we were out driving and came back when it was dark, I felt the hotel, apart from having the large hotel sign as you approached. the entrance to the hotel would benefit guests if the driveway entrance had more lighting or indicators where the driveway started, as I missed it couple of times and had to go down the road to where I could turn and come back. Otherwise, it is a great laid out parking lot for all types of vehicles,

There were not enough stars to rate this hotel. Everything was above excellent from checking in, our daily stays, breakfast in the morning was a great starer for the day. The interior of the hotel when you walk into the lobby was stunning, My wife and I had no children with us but the hotel is so perfectly kid friendly with plenty of things for kids and adults to do during your stay, including being able to boat on the lake. Our room looked out back through the trees at the lake and such a comfortable patio enjoy sitting with a glass of wine and with the sun go down. Could not have been any better, in fact the five days we stayed there was the best place we stayed in our month-long travel. Also so, so, pet friendly I know our dog enjoyed the hotel with all the trees around where he could go exploring.

The bathroom area was small.

Great breakfast! Quiet room, comfy bed. Front desk staff (Amanda?) Was excellent! Nice, new pontoon style pedal boats to rent, that was fun! Great Mexican restaurant walking distance from the hotel. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Hotel has a cabin feel to it with the dock and nice back yard. One of the nicest hotel we have been at!
