Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI have already made my opinion public to the management of Choice Properties. Our towels and washcloths were disgustingly stained....we shared one that was useable...I took pics as well, offered them to corporate but instead they granted me 8000 points towards another stay....I do NOT travel enough to worry about using points, I asked if they could just refund a few dollars instead but 'points' is how they handled being told of the issue. This was a big deal to us and I think it would be to anyone showering and using towels and washcloths.....in a hotel.
It was close to Port Canaveral shipping area and I though the price was decent enough until they added on taxes and whatevers.....

United StatesWhen we first arrived there aren’t even any signs on the building , it looks like an abandon mall.. we decided to try it anyway, since we booked through Priceline it wasn’t refundable. We checked in, staff was friendly we pulled around back to park and it looked like a drug party hotel. People had doors open standing and sitting in the corridor music playing, obviously a low income clientele. Walkway was covered in garbage and old food . We opened door to our room it was cleaned but still not to standard. There was mold in the bathroom and carpet was gross sheets were stained. We literally turned around gave the key back and booked something else.

We were able to park our car there for 21 days while on a cruise. The breakfast was great and cooked to order in the on site restaurant. The staff was exceptionally pleasant.

United StatesThis is the only way I've found to reach Booking.com because there is no phone number or email address provided on your website for a customer to use when canceling my reservation as required by your cancellation policy. Thie EconoLodge was a total dump and there is no way I would ever stay in a run down place like that. I cancelled my reservation and the desk clerk, Gabrilla, put a comment on my account stating that there would be no cancellation fee or penalty for canceling because they get cancellations all the time because of the properties condition and location in what looks like a congested parking lot. She told me that Booking.com requires all customers to contact them first before cancelling their reservation and from what she has heard from Booking.com customers the website is designed to make it very difficult to accomplish because there is no phone number or email address anywhere to be found. She did not have the phone number or email address for Booking.com and I made every effort to find one on their website and couldn't because it isn't there. That's why I am now sending this email on this Booking.com property rating questionaire in a last ditch effort to comply with your cancellation notification policy. Please call me or send me an email using my phone number that is 813-336-4059 or send an email to "kelley3nancy@gmail.com. Also remove the $155.23 charge you placed on my Visa account for a property that should have closed their doors years ago.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the price. Room was good, had everything one would expect - hair dryer, iron, big comfortable bed, TV, wi-fi. A little old fashioned, but in a nice way.

Breakfast was good talked to staff at your transport company and no one wanted to transport people to and from hotel LOW class hotel over priced I paid 160 for 1 night and 80 to get a 7 mile ride to and back from cruise port for my wife and I definitely wont be booking in the future very disappointed in the experience A fight between 2 red necks in the middle of the night waking my wife see opened the curtains and ran them off not sure where they went to finish their fight who knows we went on cruise with another couple we told them where we were staying and they booked a room with yo also they are still giving me hell for the recommendation refund would be great but we know that will not happen we will NOT be recommending the Eccono Lodge to any of friends or enemies
