The room smelled heavy with cigs, the place wasn't clean but wasn't exactly disgusting. The toilet is kind of sideways which bothers me and the tub floor looks awful. I didn't like how there's like 5 mirrors for no reason. Only like 2-3 outlets works, the wifi is pretty bad but it works. Hard to sleep sometimes, the guests can be very loud at night and there's random banging pretty often. Tbh the walls are a bit thin.

I really like the headboard being attached to the wall and how big the bed was, very roomy. The ac is nice as well.

Sketchy place gambling tweakers hanging around the lobby all night dirty room could see light all the way down the door frame bed frame hangs out far past mattress looking to cut your leg. It was ok to stop and sleep for 8 hours but was not somewhere I’d take my kid again.

Upon my arrival to my first room I went to use bathroom and discovered fecees in the toilet which wasn’t flush, I questioned the front desk on cleanliness of the room it was claimed by her be clean but it was hard to believe and I requested room to be clean again but was told housekeeping was gone for the day. i eventually changed rooms but was intially concerned check for cleaniness again. had to make best of a bad situation cause I didn’t want to wait up to 7 days for refund and all the more didn’t trust I would ever received it.

Even though I paid for breakfast there was none "because of COVID" I was told. There were many insects on the floor and other surfaces. The toilet seat was not securely attached to the toilet. The lower bedsheet was too small to fit over the mattress. There was no phone in the room. At around 2:00 am I was awoken by what I thought was an earthquake; it turned out to be a very long freight train passing close by the hotel. All in all, not a great experience!!

Needs updating. So much noise, have a 7 year grandson and first thing we heard when getting out if car. A lady hollering he pulled a gun on me. And price way to high for the location and noise and stuff you have to deal eith at night.

I really hate writing a poor review of any business because of the hard work, dedication, and sacrifice it takes to start and run a business. However, I will try to be fair about this place. I spent a night on July 7th and I was disappointed. The outdoor space was unclean, the room's walls were badly kept and there were even a long human nail under the sink. The couch was so dirty that you couldn't miss it even if you try harder. So, unless you are a "soldier" capable of handling unclean and uncomfortable situations, you should RUN. Or if you are low in cash and just want a last minute stay, please feel free to book a room.

The only thing I like about this place was its proximity to I-95 and lots of space for parking. Also, I like the AC in the room which kept me cold as well as the quietness around my room.

Everything about this property is trash. The GM of this company has no respect. They put me in rooms that were not fixed properly. One room they moved me to the door wouldn’t close all the way. They blamed me for it even with me just getting in there and refused to move me. Then they moved me to another room and I couldn’t use my room key , the sink was clogged, my hot water nozzle was broke in the shower, it was concrete in my toilet. It took them 1 month and a half to move me from that room. When I got mad about being in that room they threatened to call the police on me

I noticed the curtain track was broken on the left side and the bathroom faucet could have been re-caulked (it was very loose; also, one of the knobs weren’t tightened and difficult to control to keep water off)

There was a train nearby but was quiet for the most part, in a secluded area, which was nice for privacy. The room was very clean, including bedding and dresser drawers. I appreciated the material of furniture - only the couch was cushion material. Also, the couch was a nice touch to the room, but I did not sit on it. I searched for evidence of bugs (roaches, bed bugs, etc and did not see any). I could ignore writing, etc on the room walls because of the price. The young man in the front office was very personable!

Booked a studio King size bed with a sofa. When I arrived there were police outside. When I checked in I asked was it like this all the time regarding the police.. Office staff said no. They gave me a room that was a queen size bed no sofa and the room smelled like cat pee l. I paid in cash so when I asked for a refund and I'd go somewhere else. I was told no refunds. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
