The luggage carts were sparse, and the hotel seems worn out. I can tell it’s a newer build but the hallway carpet is faded and worn with runs, the doors and hardware are loose and jiggly, the bathroom needs maintenance attention. The toilet looked like it had been worked on a lot and I had to call service because my room didn’t have hot water. The front desk was very busy and it was an unreasonable amount of time trying to get an answer about the water. Eventually I did talk to someone who didn’t seem very worried about it. That really bothered me because the water wasn’t just luke warm, it was unbearable for a shower cold. Once I ran the water for about 15-20 minutes it started to warm up enough that I could rinse off. I don’t know, I’ve stayed in other Hotel Indigos and had a much higher expectation for this location based on my other experiences being so fantastic. I would stay at Hotel Indigos again but I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

The staff was very nice and friendly and the location is great. Parking was good and once I discovered the exit door close to my room, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel.

The place was old with years worth of scratches and dents in the walls. The room was very musty despite the AC being on. The place was also filthy. There were so many holes in the floor in the bar that it was hard to keep your chair from being stuck. For the price I paid for this room it should have been much newer and cleaner.

It was beautiful and so were the rooms. It was the perfect getaway and our room was on the inside near the pool. The entire area was beautiful!

There are a lot of things I enjoyed about this hotel. From the amazing room to the always friendly staff to being in good walking and driving distance to a lot of great restaurants and attractions.

the pool was cold the hot tub was rusted out tiles had fallen off the waterfall area was full of mold all over-very poor upkeep disturbing to me the hot tub wasn’t warm enough I walked down the stairs to find mold dirt on the wall, my bedroom was too far from the main desk for a single senior who had driven for 81/2 hr in my room the window screens were full of dust and dirt looked filthy, there was a screen on the ground in view- no refrig, or ice on the 2nd floor as out of order-when I said could you bring the ice to me (I’m 68) they said go to the 3rd 4th Fl ! the food selections were way too high priced-i used the toilet roll and as it was bent the toilet roll fell off and rolled into the shower! I asked where the Starbucks was (1/2 mi away) didn’t know exactly where it was. I walked around, found an Asian bowl place which was great all for 15.00. no recommendations, for alternate places were listed anywhere. the flowers were dried out, half dead near the pool. i am sorely disappointed by the place-I want a refund. I have never asked for a refund from any hotel all over the world and in tons of hotels-but after this one I am requesting one. How do I get one?

Didn't appreciate being stranded at my venue after being told by the lady at the desk "you should probably seek other arrangements for transportation" after waiting an hour for the shuttle they promised to pick us up. The hot tub waterfall is very obtrusive and eliminates about 4 seats, making the rest of the space very crowded. The A/C unit in our room was so loud every time it came on that it kept my wife and I awake. I mean VERY loud. And no refrigerator in the room was pretty inconvenient.

Location was decent, most of the staff was friendly. Pool was nice, although a little inconvenient. Bar area was nice.

For about $200/night and no microwave or refrigerator in the room? I could get this amenity at a Motel 6. I told a staff member my toilet was clogged and the reply was something like 'we may not be able to get to it soon.' I went out from roughly 10am-2:30pm, came back, room was not cleaned.

The walls were so thin that you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms at night. Also, the breakfast buffet isn't worth $16 for a row of like 4 dishes and two breads to choose from. You're better off to use your breakfast voucher to get a meal off the menu.

The location was good. The bar was nice, and the bartender was good. The front desk staff was nice, too. Free parking was also nice.

After a long drive we didn’t like that we were given a dirty room. My children was freighted because we thought someone was staying in the room when we opened the door. The TV was on, and beds weren’t made.

When we first got at the hotel they gave my family a dirty room. When we told the front desk the room was dirty they gave us a room that was cleaned, but in the back of the hotel. The only thing we liked was that the beds were very comfortable,

Tried to communicate with anyone after I left about something I left there and it was impossible to get any response or cooperation. Even tried to email the manager and never got a response.
