The bathroom was very small, think water closet with a shower, vanity was outside in living area, no door so lucky I was traveling alone. Breakfast was basic, not a lot of choice but sufficient to have something to eat in the morning.

Staff was very friendly. Clean hotel, I had a double room nice view of a small pond and Menards parking lot haha.

My shower was spraying out in the bathroom, my bathroom door was off track so it was getting stuck to open.

Great location to be playing softball in Edinburgh or Columbus. Breakfast was good with hot bar, homemade waffles etc. I didn’t eat bc I’m not a breakfast person but my daughter liked it.

I had a handicap room, but the shower did not adjust like the other I had before. The sink smelled of mildew.

When we stepped off the elevator the smell of cigarette smoke about knocked us over. We hurried to our room and closed the door. However, the smoke was so strong that 45 minutes later it was filtering into our room. I called the front desk and the girl said she'd come up and check it out. I was so congested and it gave me such a headache that I wasn't able to sleep until after 4 am. When I inquired the next morning I was told that the night clerk did indeed check it out but could not determine which room the smoke was coming from. ( I actually went online to double check if this was a smoke free hotel) because I felt that people must have been smoking in numerous rooms to create as much smoke as there was in the hallway. I was disappointed that the hotel staff acknowledged the problem but chose to turn a blind eye.

The room was exceptionally clean. We asked the front desk who cleaned our room. Her name is Rain. She did an awesome job.

Advance notice saying hotel smells like chemical due to pool sealing would be nice - would not have stayed due to the smell and the closed pool I was hoping to use. Smoke detector chirping with no one to fix it - finally got a battery at 10pm - earlier front desk said nothing she could do had to wait to 930 someone else comes in (why is this not regularly changed like at home?) Room felt old and grunchy other than the beds. Bathroom had icky pocket door didn’t close all the way and a really low toilet without any grabhandles to aid in getting up (handicap room). Wall heater/ac unit noisy kicking in and out but I feel that’s normal in a lot of rooms. Bed sheet had 3 large yellow stains - ewwww - I did get another sheet set but had to make up the bed myself. Total opposite of holiday inn great experience we stayed at for same money. Told the manager would follow up - nothing yet…

Expected a bit better for hot breakfast but overall ok (purposely booked a hot breakfast place) Good location for us travelling on interstate. Bed and pillows were comfortable (once I changed the sheets). Staff were pleasant, just not most helpful.

Hotel is way overpriced; when we opened the door to our room, the smell of mildew was so overwhelming the first thing I did was open the window, however, they have all of the windows screwed shut only leaving you a 2” gap of fresh air; the ac units did not work well and all of our cloths and personal belongings smelled like our room the next morning. This hotel has some serious ventilation issues and air quality issues!

We liked that this hotel was close to restaurants as well as proximity to Nashville. Staff was friendly!

Although the room and bed were very clean, I noticed the carpet looked old and dirty, I always walked around in shoes because I didn't want to walk barefoot on the carpet.

The bathroom definitely had black mold in the corners. The bathroom itself has probably not seen a really good scrub down in awhile. After I was done taking a bath, the tub had a gross brown residue leftover that's not very typical of a bath.

Check-in was fast. Downtown is close by car. Two coffee shops right next door.
