The parking lot was a little dark at night n seemed to be people partying in it that weren't residing at hotel.

Nothing significant—as a senior, I could have used a night lite in the bathroom (for sleep interruptions), but that is a very minor issue.

The best part of the facilities was the staff. I interacted with three staff members (“KateLee” by phone and Christina (sp?) and a gentleman in person, and they were all great—helpful and good communicators.

The beds were so hard that my husband and I could not sleep. We had room number 102 and it was right by the exit and there was so many people in and out all night. It felt like somebody was coming into our room.

We went down to have breakfast & the hot foods were all empty. No eggs, biscuits for the gravy, & only a couple sausage links left. We eneded going out to grab something because we needed to checkout

The TV that was mounted to the wall That's supposed to be able to be rotated side to side, what's the loose it just needed attention, I showed the cleaning personnel.

We had some hot water fluctuations the first 2 days. They resolved themselves so not a complaint. It was just SO COLD the entire time, it would have been comforting to KNOW the hot water was plentiful.

The "owner/manager " who was on duty Jan 11 when we checked in was AWESOME! We LOVED her stories/shares! Would have enjoyed seeing her and chatting with her again.

Bath tub wouldn’t drain. It took half the night to go down.

Do not waste your hard earned money on scammers

We did not like the property. The property did not recognize our booking through booking.com. So they did not honor our stay so we had to sleep in our car in the parking lot. Then Katlynn at the hotel told booking.com we canceled our stay…well she can verify through her security cameras we never left the property we would have love to have been welcomed in to stay there.

There were some sketchy people always hanging around. Dirt in the bathroom, hair all over the bathroom. Very dirty. The faucet was broken. The air conditioner vent was broken. Hardly anything on the TV.

My only complaint is with the order-inn food they advertise in the rooms. I ordered from the restaurant in the listing, and the food was overpriced and not good. The restaurant is not affiliated with Sleep Inn, so it's not the hotel's fault, but I'd avoid ordering from them!

I've stayed at a lot of economy hotels right off the interstate in Michigan, and this one is hands down the best I've been to. It's perfectly located right off the highway, clean, feels safe, and has well appointed rooms and a good continental breakfast. All while being reasonably priced. Will be booking again in the future!

Fantastic hotel! The room was super clean and the bed was great. It’s also a quiet area, so I slept like a baby. They have vending machines for snacks, and a comfortable area downstairs to relax. Also, the woman at the front office, Amber, was about the most friendly and helpful person I’ve ever met. I’ll absolutely stay here on any future visits.
