We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesEverything. The room was dirty. The beds were doubles not queens. There wasn't a seperate living room as stated in the description. The bathtub was not only clogged but dirty. The air in the room barely worked we had to prop our door open to cool it.The wifi was spotty at best. The "cable" was really antenna channels that didn't even have signal.
Location was about it.. The one staff member I encountered wasn't bad gave decent service.

United StatesThey had my car towed, didn't give a crap that tow cost me 700 dollars to get back from the most unprofessional people I've met in my life the tow truck driver told me he was a police officer and lied repeatedly the staff failed to give me a new parking slip when I rechecked in after a 7 day stay I then reserved the room for 9 days and the rooms are not clean the fridge broke all my food went bad there was drug paraphernalia in the room they showed no compassion when it came to me being homeless now that I was out all that money.

United Statesthe room could have been cleaner. the place not so avaricious, but after seeing the room I kind of know that they take and are not real giver. in short, they don't care about us, that's just other people in general.
The location was good. They ask for a $100 deposit that they don't return. Parking is not free. You can't shut your eyes and go to sleep because they will tow your vehicle. they are in partnership with Ameritow . My car was reversed.parked in its spot with a parking decal and they towed it at the price of $300. The tow was 15 minutes away. it's business. they take any extra money they can get away from the customer. besides the stay here. I dropped anogher $400 dollars in their extra fees. I could not afford that place in the end. they don't care about people just profit, their own. The room was dirty and there were Flys everywhere in the room.the place was not very clean.

United StatesThe location is extremely dangerous with a homeless camp in the trees less than 30ft from property.the security gates are left open 24hrs a day and homeless people wonder in and stand in the stairwells.the hotel room didn't have hot water in the bathroom due to outdated shower filter and the room door has been kicked in so many times the room key never worked despite the many new keys issues by management.
The staff were as accommodating as they could be provided the facility is very very run down.The security officer was the reason we did stay he made us feel a bit safer when went from our room to our vehicle each time.god bless him.

We stayed on 3rd floor it was very dirty they swept but left the pile on floor in corner. The bathroom had not been wiped down at all. The room was nice set up stove TV fridge all great. No telephone in room. And the staff was very rude and didn't even speak or answer questions. It she would say "you need to go on line"

SpainIt was not well cleaned, the whole room smelled like tobacco, even the towels and the sheets were impregnated with the smell of the smoke. The card of the door kept failing every time we came in and out of the room. The surroundings didn’t inspire security, either.

United Stateshusband was in a wheelchair and staff was not willing to accommodate and give us a wheelchair accessible room, so it is difficult for my husband to shower because the door didn’t open the correct way. Staff had said we would get another room the next day and that didn’t happen. Staff was also not in the office during the office times office was locked and the office and maintenance had shut off the water for several hours throughout the day
