Checkin forgot to give us breakfast voucher, hallways smelled like weed constantly, breakfast was just ok. Eggs aren’t good.

Parking was close, checkin was easy, room was nice, could see my car from window.

Night reception could improve on addressing & follow through with guest concerns I had people above me that were extremely loud all night during the hotel’s designated quiet hours (10pm-7am) that elephant stomped on the floor pacing with loud bangs literally until 8am. During the night I Attempted to sleep and was not successful. Being fed up after several attempts to doze off, I had called the night receptionist at 4:30am to notify/ask if someone could please ask them to keep the noise down so I could try to get some sleep- receptionist said “I can try to maybe call them but I’m the only one here there’s not much I can do”. While I appreciate the honesty, it was still just a little discouraging, especially because the noise disturbance was happening from 11 PM until 8 AM where my sleep was adversely impacted. Would love to see food options in the lobby for evening/night .

Rooms were clean and layout is nice, day receptionist is great and very accommodating- I was not able to sleep at all the night I stayed due to noise from up above that carried on until 8 AM, I finally got to doze off around 9 AM, but was woken up at checkout time. I called the front desk apologizing for missing my check out, and they allowed me to do a late check out, which was really nice.

My truck window was smashed out overnight and the center console was gone through. Although a convenient location the police said it happens there almost nightly and to avoid staying there.

There was a lot of noise as we were near route 84 and the truck stop , and I did not sleep well The hotel did not have water or coffee in the lobby. There was no fan in the bathroom so when you took a shower the mirror was fogged up.

The room next to me had their phone alarm going off continuously at max volume starting at 4:00am. It took the staff until 6:15am to get them to tuen it off. A few minutes later it started going off again. I checked out at that point. Had less than 4hrs sleep coming off a 14 hour work day and going into a second 14 hr work day. I was pretty peeved. Also my booking description said included breakfast and there was no breakfast included.

The room I was in was newly renovated. Very nice and comfortable.

I thought that the breakfast was cooked to order. I thought that meant fresh food individually prepared. But found that it was processed food that was just heated up/microwaved. Not scrambled eggs made from fresh eggs, etc The latte was also packaged. It was okay, but I was expecting more. The dining area was very welcoming and very clean. I liked having metal utensils. Also all staff I encountered were very pleasant, the front desk, the breakfast and cleaning personnel. Thank you!

I wish the staff would have accommodated us checking in an hour earlier at 2pm. I called the front desk the day before and morning off and asked and were told no. We had an afternoon wedding to go to nearby and the extra hour even half hour would have really been convenient. The hotel was empty when we checked in so not sure why that wasn’t possible.
