The bed was terribly broken down on one side. It made sleeping very difficult. Also, we could hear the people on the other side as if they were sitting in the same room as us. They were very loud.

The lady at the front desk that day was amazing! She helped up with everything she could!

The room AC was too cold, regardless of amount I messed with the unit. Room smelled of Clorox - clean but irritated my nose. Noise throughout the night from other patrons made it difficult to fall asleep. Mattress was very soft as in prior reviews the bedframe couldn't probably hold a stiffer (and necessary) bed. Finally. Chairs and other furniture weren't in pristine condition. In its current state, I'd recommend one night stays only

The staff (especially Manager on staff) was very congenial and made check-in a breeze!

right off the bat, my room was not ready when I arrived and had to wait over a half hour for my room after driving across the country to kc. I asked for extra towels and pillows in my Res. didn’t get for 2 days. no breakfast options other than a muffin. day of check out was walked in on twice to leave before check out time. one time I was walked in on I was naked and a man came in asking after I already told the staff I wasn’t leaving until 11. not to mention the very inappropriate conversations among the transgender community of staff there with seemingly long term occupants.

Room dirty, they give me a dirty room with dirty floors, trash on the floor, yellow liquid in a trash bag,dry old blood on the sink, dirty bed sheets with black spots and dry blood,black hair in the bed and bathroom ( and I’m bold and my wife long dirty blonde hair) she sleep on the chair also dirty and I put my beach towel and fall asleep in the uneven mattress the itchy way me up and I let this place . nothing works in this room I have more pictures.

They do 100.00 Deposit on the room its refunded after check out up to 7 bank business Days i left Sunday jan 2 had two wait until jan 5 on my Deposit refund

Their wasn't i brought my coffee maker with me and some snacks wake up clean up the weather was sunny on January's 2 that morning temp was 7 Degrees and wind chill of minus 17 it only got up to 10 Degrees

The phone in room wasn't hooked up, not enough towels in the room, had to go retrieve towels and a pillow, hard to get to room with people sitting furniture in the hallway, I expected more for the price. Amneties were closed and unavailable.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything. Last 2 nights the person in the room behind us had his t.v. on all day and night as loud as can be. Room on my other side had a couple that wanted to argue all night. Also the breakfast was NOT a breakfast it was sooooo sad.

The rooms were very clean and roomy. The air conditioning was very cold.
