I was double charged for my stay and am still waiting for one of the charges to drop off. I paid online when booking, and when I checked in the man at the desk had me pay again. I told him I paid online and he said that that was only to reserve the room. It’s been a week now and still waiting for this charge to fall off! Highway noise was excessive. Obviously hotel can’t do anything about this, but they should warn their customers or at least make an effort to fill rooms facing east, away from the highway.

The room was not very clean. The door did not seal well and let in a lot of noise. Absolutely NO plates, dishes, cups, or silverware, which you would expect at an extended stay location.

NO BREAKFAST. Even though you sight said it was included. No workout facility. To make up for not having these things available, they said they could cancel my reservation and I could stay somewhere else.

The chair was filthy, matress worn out, no coffee makers, no ice machines on the entire premises, a woman's name written on the side of the wall mirror, chairs from the room outside on the walkways, outside trash barrels overloaded with horrendous smelling trash bags, and a totally unconcerned staff. Many months before we had booked three nights. The first night we didn't have time to react and so stayed there. We forfeited the other two nights money just to get away. The parking lot didn't feel safe...we found accommodations elsewhere and had to forfeit our money. Lesson learned: a name like Extended Stay doesn't mean a consistent place to stay. We will not book again without seeing a place. Booking.com gave us a tiny bit of money back but stated they are not responsible for how their listings portray their facilities. Extended Stay Corporate said because we booked through a 3rd party they can't help. Book it, arrive, see a bad situation, you're stuck. I don't like the odds.

not really much to say what i didnt like the shower head needed to be replace and the bathroom door i couldnt lock cuz the door was to small but it was easy to not really complain about it

the hotel was very roomie and nice had a stove big fringed and a microwave it was nice that the room door leads outside to the parking lot easy to unpack and pack close to food and walmart right down the road free parking will stay again

There were so many questionable people in my surroundings that I had several things behind my wimpy locked door both nights I was there when I was sleeping. I was uncomfortable and scared. I felt like I was in a real scummy permanent living section eight facility. The front desk people were not pleasant either.

Dirty floors, microwave did not work, noisy upstairs and I complain about it each day but with no response or resolve to my requests, I got bit by something as well as my dog. I hope it's not a recluse. The cloth chair was so filthy I covered it with towels so I could sit on. This was the worst place I have ever stayed at in my 20 years of travel. Your Health Dept should be notified
