That's the thing. There was no breakfast. I was told the juice machine broke and there was really no breakfast whatsoever which is part of what we paid for as part of the room. So we wake up thinking we could get a bite and go about our day and nothing. We had to go waste time to go out and find breakfast before getting on with a busy day. Very dissappointing. Also there was a woman drunk and yelling off the balcony above us for about an hour at 3 am. I don't see how the staff could not have known. They were yelling at other people in the parking lot as well.

The hotel was worn out, dirty, there were stains on the furniture, the stairwell smelled of urine, the pool deck was in need of repair, the room shower was also in need of repair. The door to the bathroom was difficult to open. There was only decaf coffee in my room, no regular.

The building is visibly rundown (inside and out) and there were smells, not sure if it was coming from the carpet.

The room wasn't very clean. The carpets were dirty (walking on them barefoot left grey stains on the bathtub when you get into it and it looked as if it hadn't been properly vacuumed (let alone shampooed) for years. There was a strong and unpleasant chemical odor when I moved in; the room had just been attended to -- bed made, surfaces wiped down -- and the front desk clerk claimed it was air freshener. If so, it was industrial strength and I felt it in my throat. I kept the fan vent in the bathroom going at full blast, and it had dissipated by evening. I was also told the room cleaner had sprayed it on the carpet, which does nothing to clean the carpet but presumably masks other odors. Better by far to vacuum the carpet and shampoo it when business is at a low ebb. The toilet was a little loose (not tightly secured) and the toilet seat wasn't securely fastened either. The TV remote didn't work (not that I cared about that). The point is a lack of attention to details.

The clerk at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant, and did her best to oblige. It was cheap (and you get what you pay for).

Someone had worked on an outlet in the room and left screws and drywall crumbs on the floor. The hotel is generally run down, needs someone to do some sweeping outside. The toilet seat was very loose.

They did provide breakfast of packaged pastries. The location was good and there were several nice restaurants very close to the hotel. The check in person was very friendly and informative. The room was basically clean and they did provide shampoo and lotion.

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The advertised breakfast did not exist. Two red spots on the ceiling and numerous patches on the wall hinted at possible violence in the room at one time. Grab and go coffee and muffins do not make for a decent breakfast as in the past. Apple juice only, no orange juice in the dispenser, no cereal or milk.

our room smelled even though we asked for nonsmoking. my room rug and bed ruffle smelled of vomit. my moms room smelled of urine. unfortunately we didn’t have other options our room was not cleaned staff at counter depending on who we got was rude. bedding just smelled and we were itchy from stiff sheets.

Information said check-in was at 3:00pm. However, when I arrived at 3:00pm, I was told I was getting ready to lose my room. Chair in bedroom had stains. Air conditioner didn't work. Toilet made noise and ran water the entire stay.

The phone line outlet was broken so I couldn't call the front desk. Bath towels were missing and when I asked for it, the front desk said that there were no towels available. The heater of the room was not working and when I asked about, the front desk said that it was not working.

Strong smell of marijuana on 2nd day up and down hallway throughout the afternoon. Doors were difficult to unlock with the key card and stuck. Leak in hallway with large trash can under it.
