Old rundown whole place smelled like cigarettes. Everything on the bed was wrinkled. Pillows smelled like smoke.Mold in corners of shower.Bottom drawers would not open on dresser.Remote on tv didnt work. Continental Breakfast was a joke.Pool was out of order.Bathroom fixture was all rusty.

Breakfast was nonexistent. Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke. Toilet not level. Sink and ac had been damage before our check in. We prepaid for our room and was stuck with what we got.

Woke up to roaches in the bathroom-in the shower under my bath towel, they were on the Tv stand crawling up the walls. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever woken up to. Absolutely absurd the price you pay and this is what you get. Couldn’t believe this actually happened! Will not ever stay again Or recommend! I would appreciate a refund in FULL for this!

Our room keys did not work. I found a needle in my bed. Staff was rude. When confronted about the needle staff made it seem like it wasn't a big deal.

There was a pair of sandals on the floor when I entered the room. The shower still had a bar of soap in it. There is an old ac unit in the room. Hot air comes in through the gap. They are currently using central cooling and losing cold air out of the open cracks where the AC unit is. The grate for the central air was dirty. There was coffee in the room but no coffee maker.

Super 8 always has a comfy bed. Internet was good. It was quiet. The curtain was nice and thick to block out the light.

Exterior maintenance and above problem with AC. Sidewalks and parking lot were dirty.

Interaction with owner at checkout. The ceiling underneath the air conditioner vent had dripped on to the floor all night and wet the carpet. The room was otherwise clean and comfortable. When we checked out I reported the drip problem to the owner and she comped the room. She explained that she had recently purchased the property and was trying to get air conditioner repair people in to check all the rooms for the problem but it was slow going. She stated what the problem was (overflowing drip pans) and was most understanding.

I was led to believe there was a room waiting for me so I made the push to drive further than I wanted to only to arrive and find you are in part responsible for promising rooms that are not actually available.

No hot water. The tv didn’t work. I reported it and they said they would send someone, but no one ever came. The microwave was unplugged. The bathroom sink drained extraordinarily slowly. There were small bugs in the room. This stay was horrible.

Room next to me had a big dog! N woke me up several times during the night. N whom ever was in there they were being loud as well. No sleep n wasn’t happy about it at ALL!! Wouldn’t ever go back!! I feel like I should get a refund. 😡

There was no coffee in the room. Light bulb in room burned out the light in bathroom went out had to use heat lamp to see. The room had a dirty look to it to it. The fridge didn’t keep stuff cold.

Breakfast was a joke- was not deluxe at all. Oj, coffee, a couple of packaged muffins.

when got there they said we did not have a reservation when I booked it through you like two weeks ahead of time. showed them confirmation number you gave me they couldn’t find it at all and I got charged $155 instead of $144. The room, bedding, towels all smelled like smoke. the shower did not hv hot water at all!!! when entered the room the window was open and the air conditioner was on. Continental breakfast only had Twinkies dingdong‘s and bananas!!! could not use the pool there was a tarp on it. this was awful and NOT happy should not hv had to pay this much at all will not be using again!!!

Overpriced and definitely not worth it. Toilet was broken, room was still dirty, and to top it all off the maids are rude and disrespectful like they hate their jobs ( despite us leaving them alone and doing everything ourselves as much as possible) We were literally being harassed by the lady until we checked out. (a few other guests had to deal with her as well as we witnessed from the halls )

There was a balcony but it was tiny and not worth the extra we paid . Jaccuzi was filthy
