Hallway smelled like urine. Other customers were complaining while we were checking in of keys not being correct and a little girl accidentally walked in on a different couple having sex. Also complaining of uncleanliness in rooms. Our specific room was all right. Our television did not work, however.

That's the thing. There was no breakfast. I was told the juice machine broke and there was really no breakfast whatsoever which is part of what we paid for as part of the room. So we wake up thinking we could get a bite and go about our day and nothing. We had to go waste time to go out and find breakfast before getting on with a busy day. Very dissappointing. Also there was a woman drunk and yelling off the balcony above us for about an hour at 3 am. I don't see how the staff could not have known. They were yelling at other people in the parking lot as well.

The hotel was worn out, dirty, there were stains on the furniture, the stairwell smelled of urine, the pool deck was in need of repair, the room shower was also in need of repair. The door to the bathroom was difficult to open. There was only decaf coffee in my room, no regular.

Trash in the hallways, trash at the entrances. On-line I reserved a King size bed, after checking in, the bed was a Queen for my wife and I. We were so tired, I didn't get it changed just went to bed. This place is in dire need of good management skills. I can take a place maybe a little run down over time. But cleanliness is a must, and this place wasn't clean. Wanted to leave after arriving, wont stay there again.

The room wasn't very clean. The carpets were dirty (walking on them barefoot left grey stains on the bathtub when you get into it and it looked as if it hadn't been properly vacuumed (let alone shampooed) for years. There was a strong and unpleasant chemical odor when I moved in; the room had just been attended to -- bed made, surfaces wiped down -- and the front desk clerk claimed it was air freshener. If so, it was industrial strength and I felt it in my throat. I kept the fan vent in the bathroom going at full blast, and it had dissipated by evening. I was also told the room cleaner had sprayed it on the carpet, which does nothing to clean the carpet but presumably masks other odors. Better by far to vacuum the carpet and shampoo it when business is at a low ebb. The toilet was a little loose (not tightly secured) and the toilet seat wasn't securely fastened either. The TV remote didn't work (not that I cared about that). The point is a lack of attention to details.

The clerk at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant, and did her best to oblige. It was cheap (and you get what you pay for).

There was a luggie on the wall there was hair all over the bathroom sink and the bathroom wasn't clean because there was a qtip in the shower frame the shower was dirty and no hot water then the water pressure was horrible. The water would come out normal then I would have no water except a trickle for a while then it would do it all over again. I take a 15-20 min shower and it took me 45 mins - an hour. I was late to the venue to get ready for the wedding I was in. The best part of the hotel was the desk receptionist was very nice. Someone had dogs barking in the hotel.

went to use a towel and wadded up tissues with something inside fell to floor and towel was sticky. mini fridge had crumbs and pieces of food in it. breakfast was yogurt ding dongs and twinkies. made coffee in my room in the coffee maker supplies and was a knat in the coffee assuming was in the cup .

I have guilt writing this part of the review but it might spare someone in the future. Frankly, the hotel itself has seen better days. The room I had gave a new, literal meaning to drop ceiling. I was afraid a rat would parachute from the stained and misaligned ceiling tiles. Sounds like a joke, but I slept with the light on as a result. The smell in the bathroom was…I’ll just say: constant. It reminded me of a distant memory visiting a loved-one in an 80s nursing home. I had to hold my breath to use that room. The carpet turned my slippers soles black. The pool wasn’t filled in summer but featured in photos. Pretty pricy for what it delivered.

Best thing about this place = the staff. Super friendly and helpful. The wifi works. It’s in a good central location, close to the turnpike.

Someone had worked on an outlet in the room and left screws and drywall crumbs on the floor. The hotel is generally run down, needs someone to do some sweeping outside. The toilet seat was very loose.

They did provide breakfast of packaged pastries. The location was good and there were several nice restaurants very close to the hotel. The check in person was very friendly and informative. The room was basically clean and they did provide shampoo and lotion.
