Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoomed smelled musky. Had to move rooms do to molding smell and rotten sheet rock in bathroom. Second room still had a smell but not as bad. Bathroom had pinkish stuff on caulking around tub. Needless to say, I didn’t shower.

United StatesThe tv did not work. The pool was closed. The room had a funny smell that had to be aired out. The room also faced the parking lot which meant the curtains had to be pulled to keep others from seeing in and the room was very dark. Breakfast was also served way too early with not enough left to serve everyone.
The room was as expected as far as looks and cleanliness. Plenty of space.

United StatesIt was filthy. Thick grimy carpets that probably haven’t been cleaned since 1950, uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. Pool was out of order, gym equipment was not available, ice machines not working, guest laundry not working. Wi-Fi is so slow it’s not worth using.
The bed was decent. Staff did not bother us when the do not disturb sign was on the door. Cleaning staff was friendly. A/C worked well.

United StatesHas the management of this hotel smelled the coffee in the rooms? I stayed at 2 Quality Inn hotels in the past week, both had the same pissy smelling coffee. I've smelled heads (bathrooms) aboard US Navy ships with backed up urinals that smelled better than that coffee your providing.
They had a plunger. I had to unclog the toilet.

United StatesThe first room we were given had broken bathroom lights. Would not turn on. Maybe just needed a new bulb?? Were given a new room. Old feeling. Icky carpet, sticky bathroom floor, fridge buzzed so we unplugged it. One of our rooms the toilet ran all night, we had to turn off the water...pillows were questionable. No outside lock on the door anyone could pull open and enter. Should be key access only.
The front dest attendant was very nice and thorough at check in. Mattresses were very comfortable.

United StatesThe woman that checked me in was rude and dismissive. She had my card in hand and charged the card holding the reservation. I had to ask her to charge the card in her hand 3x before she finally rolled her eyes and charged the card she had. I will say.. the majority of the city had been hit by wind storms. Every hotel was completely sold out. I'm sure the front desk attendant was stressed, but she was unnecessarily rude. I work in customer service and I would never treat someone so nasty.
The night auditor was an absolute delight. Very friendly. Super helpful. She is quite literally the diamond in the rough. My main regret was not asking her name!

United StatesCleanliness in the doorways, hallways, room and bathroom. The coffeemaker was filthy and could not make any coffee. Yes I could have cleaned it , but it should have been clean upon arrival. The bathtub/shower was not clean at all. Not enough towels for 3 guests. The sheets and comforters had BROWN and RED stains on them. I'm afraid to even ask what it was. The hallway and room reeked of cigarette smell. I had asked for non-smoking! The hotel key card did not work on the entrance door to our hallway. After a few minutes someone let us in another door because the other door was not working properly.
Check in and out was very easy. Instructions to find my room was good. Parking was very good.
