One of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed in. Well insulated walls. Breakfast was adequate. Certainly better than some other hotels. Coffee was very good.

Room was in badly need of updating & repair. Housekeeping did fine supplying clean linens/bedding but didn't bother to wipe down/clean bathroom mirror or sweep very well. A simple replacement of the kleenex box holder would have at least it a "cleaner" feel, along with a newer bedspread, etc. The room was placed where we had asked but we couldn't enter thru the back door because of it not working properly. We finally saw (and heard) several others having the same problem.

Clean linens & bed. Staff at front desk was very pleasant...both coming in and leaving.

I would suggest a deep clean on these rooms. The room we stayed in, the air unit had alot of filth in it which could be easily handle by taking off grates and wiping it all down. Also, the bathroom wall by the sink had lots of stuff all over it and a wall by the bed had large spots of something on them. That was the only thing that was uninviting about our stay. I would give a 10/10 but had to drop 3 point just on cleanliness. Because the breakfast area and hall, all look very clean, but then when you walk in your room and see spots that are highly visible but the housekeeping didn't worry about it, is a little upsetting.

The staff was very kind. There was a woman working the evening we checked in and she was nice from start to finish and very polite. Same thing the next day when we went to check out but it was a male. The pillows are probably my favorite. When I fall on the pillows, I don't want to move. I slept very well, but fiance said he didn't sleep well cause I was hogging the whole bed hahahaha. We came and stayed because of Thanksgiving to be close to family and spend more time with them, so having that friendly staff, made the holiday even that much more brighter.

The TV remote didn't work well and some stations had no sound. The toilet was lower than normal which made it hard getting up and down. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

The breakfast was only so - so. I did appreciate getting on the first floor.

Nice hotel off I-74 near lots of restaurants and shopping. It's quiet and clean. It's a basic breakfast with cereal, fruit, bread and biscuits and gravy. It's just a nice place.

I RESERVED THE ROOM FOR MY DAUGHTER AND HER MOTHER.WHEN THEY ARRIVED TO CHECKE IN AROUND 4:305ISH THE PERSON AT THE DESK SAID THERE WAS NO RESERVATIONS.I MADE SURE MY DAUGHTER HAD ALL INFO NEEDEED.BUT THAT DIDN'T REGISTER.SO THEY LEFT AND FOUND THE HOLIDAY INN NOT FAR AWAY.SO THEY STAYED THERE.AND MY DAUGHTER TOLD ME THAT THIS HOLIDAY INN WAS 10 TIMES A LOT BETTER.THAT BEING SAID I'M GOING TO MAKE SURE I DIDN'T GET CHARGED FOR ANYTHING AT THE QUALITY INN!! I'LL KEEP YOU INFORMED!!

women were very nice however the one guy and maintenance were the rudest I’ve ever met in my life… I will never go back there!

very rude staff, called me a liar, and wouldn’t fix the toilet after asking 3 times and we had to leave all day just so we could use restrooms elsewhere ridiculous.
