Room was full of bugs and dirty !! Miserable bath room. No daily clean of the room. Defect entry door took more then 2 days to be repaired !

The WiFi connection was always going off and on. The television channels were not working. The breakfast provided was below average and got consumed within a few hours, even by the staff. My room was not even clean once by the cleaning staff, I was expecting a knock on the door, which didn't come.

The location was accesible, there are eateries and Mexican restaurants nearby.

Homeless people having oral sex on the stairs right outside my room. Very dirty. Shoes only got barely warm. Towels were stained. Dish was gone when I needed help.

When we checked in, they required a $100 cash deposit. When we got to our room, it looked like a left-over room. The shower was dirty. During our whole stay, we didn't want to get into the shower. There were bugs and the shower head looked filthy. We were expecting breakfasts, but they said because of covid, they had discontinued breakfast, but that wasn't in their website. The WiFi was unavailable for two days.

The door lock was broken as well as most of the furniture, we were willing to take the stairs for an “upgraded room”, that was terrifying to be in. I We had a COVID emergency alert and the front desk was shut down. The only way to pay for a security deposit was with cash and a rip off ATM in the lobby. Gross. Do not recommend.

When we got to our room, unit 217, the heater didn't work, and we could not get the tv to work, we were switched to room 219, the heater worked good in that room, but no tv. The floor felt sticky in this unit, not sure it was because it was dirty or because of the chemicals that are used for cleaning. When the door was fully closed you could still see the light through the door jams, and it was quite abit of light too. The quilts and blankets looked clean, and full but when you folded back what looked like the quilt, it was just a thin blanket. The shower heads are so low that I had to duck to get my head wet, and I'm not a tall person. There was no drain plug in the sink. I had to plug in the satellite to get the tv to work. The next morning at the continental breakfast, the milk was sour, I took a sip of it, spit it out, but had swallowed a bit of it, and it made me sick the next few days.

The location was close to Steiner Ice Arena were my daughter was playing hockey, I liked that the staff were very accommodating. We liked that the breakfast had a waffle maker, but we were sad that we were not able to make them, cause we woke to late, and were hurrying to our next destination. We had some hot chocolate and some yogurt, and that was good.

Didn’t like anything about this place. The pictures on their website showed a room that look new and had a microwave and fridge. My room had nether. The light fixtures were broken and one was a lightbulb hanging from the ceiling. Broken locks on the door. I really think this is a place where prostitutes hook up.

the room was worn out. the faucet was leaking. there was no garbage clearance or cleaning in the room. the oven was not working. the coffee machines were missing. the iron was also missing.

While clean, the room was dated, towel racks were pulled loose from wall. carvings in some of the furniture, burns in the carpet, no breakfast, there was a Mormon Cricket in the upper corner of my room, they required me to post a $100.00 dollar deposit, even though they had my credit card information. The deposit was refunded when I left, but it would have deprived me of the use of that cash for the duration of my stay. Noise from long term residents and adjoining construction was unfortunate. Smoke from people smoking outside their room could be problematic at best. Parking was a nightmare, I could go on but what would be the point.

The room was basically clean, but the rest was a challenge. The location was very busy, with noise being a factor. Restraunt across the street, The Red Iguana, was amazing.
