Everything was wonderful!

Although no breakfast was served at the the hotel, the stay exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with the place and we are planning on staying there again whenever we travel to the area.

The room could've used some updating (e.g., no USB ports, not a lot of extra outlets, lining of tub was peeling, etc.). Overall, the things that needed updating didn't impact my stay in a negative way, they just would've been nice to have.

The room was large and clean, bed was comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the river. The bed was a Sleep Number bed, which I haven't seen in a lot of hotels.

Two small things. One is to offer more outlets by the bed for your cell phone and maybe a charging outlet. Another is to move the toilet paper closer to the toilet!!!!

From the minute you enter, the hotel is welcoming. From the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable room, this hotel is worth the price.

The main - & probably only downside - was that there was no food served. It would have been infinitely better if breakfast had been available - even if was a cold buffet - “continental” style! Having said that, we did know in advance no food would be served but hadn’t realised what a disadvantage that would be!

A bright airy hotel with lovely views of the river. Comfortable rooms. Quiet. Friendly staff. We were given a list of places to eat but be aware - quite a lot were closed on Mondays & Tuesdays - & definitely need to book for some of them.

My only complaints would be, no ice machine on each floor and a breakfast buffet in the morning would be wonderful! We stayed at another hotel in your chain up in Maine and they had a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning.

Pretty much everything. Clean, neat, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful room, beautiful view of the Conn. River. The sleep number bed , worked, and was great!

I would have been glad for real milk (rather than creamer) for my morning coffee provided downstairs and I hope that the hotel will embrace sustainability practices soon, like using refillable shampoo dispensers and not wrapping the clean towels in plastic.

The view of the river from my room was gorgeous. The room and bathroom were enormous, elegant, and super clean - clearly newly renovated. There were lovely hardwood floors and windows that open for fresh air and friendly, helpful staff. There is a quiet hum of traffic in the distance with the window open but nothing that bothered me. The location is near the center of Brattleboro, but feels like it’s out in the country. There are kind and helpful signs around, with offers to provide toiletries a guest might have forgotten. I didn’t want to leave! Perfection, really!!!!

Lovely hotel on the banks of the Connecticut River with spacious rooms. Very comfortable. No bar/restaurant but great pizza place less than 10 mins walk, and excellent convenience store next door. Free parking

The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave!!!

A very unassuming modest looking hotel from the road but a found gem once you enter your elegant and updated room. We were amazed at the size of the room, the sleep number bed, the hardwood floors, and sofa. Having arrived after 10pm in the dark of night we were more surprised in the morning when we pulled back the curtains to reveal a beautiful river view. Balconys are available and the ground floor has a wrap around deck. There was also a boat dock with Adirondack chairs for a relaxing moment of solitude. Our check-in Hostess was genuinely hospitable and friendly. She made us feel like our comfort and relaxation was their most important goal. Best surprise of our two weeks in the New England states. Don't pass this one up!!!!
