I didn’t like that I had a roach in my bathroom

It was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable.

Saw a cockroach at night in the bathroom. The room was clean though. Shampoo container was empty.

A no frill convenient well located hotel. Does the job at good value for money and only 10 min drive to city centre. Breakfast included was good with good range of options provided.

Loved the breakfast. Our bathroom did not have a decent shower head. To get fully rinsed off required turning around several times.

I didn't like being waken up at some point in the middle of the night due to a fire alarm going off. I didn't like the fact that they were working on the parking lot. Parking was horrible. It was a nightmare but it worked out.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious, and everything in it was great.The location was near the Cooper River Bridge. I had the chance to walk the entire bridge.

No one was at reception when we got there just a note to say they were working in another part of the hotel & to have patience. No one came for about 30mins where I went on the hunt. There were about 4 others waiting. It was the cleaners that had to go looking. When she did eventually come, no apology, just straight faced & checked us in. For the rest of the time there was a miserable male on reception. Maybe leave a number if they are going to be away in another part of the hotel or maybe get friendlier staff

Great location and quiet. Near to lots of places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good even though they have a nutty woman working there that kept shouting but funny to watch. Clean & comftable.

They were paving the entire parking lot the day I arrived and i did not appreciate not having any advanced warning about this. Tar on my shoes and carrying my bags from the synagogue’s parking lot next door (where we all had to park), to the hotel was a PITA!

Nice and clean. Location was handy and the breakfast was outstanding, probably one of the best breakfast varieties of food I have seen yet !

the rugs need to be cleaned… the elevator needs to be cleaned the pool needed to be cleaned… we were there for four days and there was still a lot of dirt & stuff in the bottom of the pool the day we left… (we told the front desk about the pool twice BUT, nothing was done about it)

Breakfast was ok but much more limited hot options than other 4 stars recently styed in. No bars or restaurants within walking distance of hotel, apparently a food truck sometimes parked nearby only option.

Easy to find, good size car park. Easy check in to large well furnished room. Only 2 storey building so stairs an alternative to using lifts. Beds very comfy and AC worked well With car easy to get to main tourist destinations e.g. yorktown, ferry to Fort Sumpter

The location is close to perfect if you want to spend two days in Charleston. It is close enough to historic downtown on the other side of the bridge and also close to Boone Hall Plantation and Patriots Point itself. The accomodation offers a quite nice pool area, too. Breakfast sure seems ok if you are okay with american style breakfast (which isn´t for us) :-D

Our room was very damp and there was a HUGE cockroach crawl across our floor the last night.

The location is fantastic if you plan to go downtown or go to the ship tours either one.

The carpet had a moldly smell to it. The ac filter probably needed to be changed also. Beds were uncomfortable, too.
