our floor was new laminate, but dirty. only one comfortable chair w/a desk chair. curtains on one window doesn't even cover window top to bottom so streetlight came right in. Also, they advertise a continental breakfast... cold cereal (2 flavors), bread, waffle mix and yogurt. when Danish and other items were advertised. And even tho hotel is smoke free, they have the ash trays where people sit and smoke right at the doors to get into the building

location of the hotel is fine.

Very dirty place. Advertises for free breakfast, the Sunny D was still sitting out from the day before.

Beds & Towels were the only thing clean in the place.

The outside garbage cans were overflowing and maggots had taken up residency on top of them. The room appeared relatively clean but there was significant OBVIOUS water damage on the ceiling (repaired many times but never fully repainted). There were no bath towels in the room (3 hand towels and 2 wash clothes but no towels). Blankets appeared to be for a queen sized bed but put onto a king. All of the windows had views of concrete walls (odd). Pool is very run down and hot tub wasn't working. Hallways were filthy. And general up- keep is just neglected. Unfortunate because it seems like it has the potential to be really nice...

The price was right and the room was huge. Breakfast was OK. Issues that came up were resolved relatively quickly.

Scheduled our booked rooms on opposite sides of hotel. Hallways filthy. Lights unplugged in room- had to move bed to connect the lamp. Other guests were in parking lot having a bbq with lawn chairs and their kids were running through the parking lot. Water rings in toilet. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Pool was out of order but this wasn’t disclosed on website or updated. No toiletries in room except a single small bar of soap. Rooms are quoted as queen beds, but no bigger than full. Additionally the tv doesn’t work in the room and we were not notified of that when we checked in.

The bathroom sink was plugged, the bed was old and the pillows were old and flat. The room was freezing when I entered - the room heater was noisy and when I turned it off it made a dripping sound for the rest of the night. Furniture was old and mismatched.

Breakfast was a pitcher of Tang and a bag of bread next to a toaster. I skipped it.

Called about the hot tub being open and the guy on the phone said yes! checked in and signs were at the desk and on the pool room saying pool is down, beds were way outdated old style spring beds and the pillows were flat it’s been several days and my back is still messed up from the beds, the sink and bathtub both back up with 10 seconds of water use and takes a long time to drain. the heater wall unit sounded like it was going to explode at times very loud and violent noises if you get room 218 I recommend you you ask for a different room.

location was important near the center of town, and it was cheap. lobby area and breakfast room were updated and look modern

Our room was as small as a closet the bathroom we could hardly get out of the tub without banging into the toilet there was no breakfast because of covid which I understand but their bag breakfast had a bottle of water one tiny tangerine and a granola bar we felt like they didn't want to spend money on their guests they didn't even make the bed the next day

They're hot tub and pool area was very clean and Obey all rules of covid
