The furniture was a bit run down, there seemed to be a lot of transients, lots of individuals smoking outside the facility and, cigarette butts all over the ground, lots of noise above me and on the wall where my bed sat, and it made it difficult to sleep. Curtains falling apart and had rips, I had to bobby pin them closed because of the lights outside to sleep.

I wasn’t expecting the high volume of loud children all over the property (the lobby, the parking lot, etc). The pool was small and I didn’t realize it was a kids pool (only 4ft deep). I was given a handicap room, even though I’m not handicapped but i didn’t feel like moving after i realized this. The floor was sticky in the room and had an odd smell.

We got two pet friendly rooms for two nights. My room was very run down, with rips in the upholstery, stains on the bathtub and lots of old pet odor. My room also seemed to be the only one with blinds instead of black out curtains. One of the blinds was missing, so I ended up looking out at the (very busy) swimming pool area all night with people outside also able to see into my room. Very meager breakfast spread was laughably small for the number of rooms and guests, and ran out quickly after opening. If this had been a Motel 6 or a cheaper chain hotel, I would have been OK with all of this, but the room (including a $25 a night pet fee) ended up being considerably more expensive than I would have expected given the condition. OK, but not a particularly good value, even with the Booking.com discount.

Great shower -- lots of pressure and easy-to-operate hot water. Also plenty of towels. Room was spacious and bed was acceptably comfortable. Fridge worked. Friendly staff.

The sofa was dirty, the hall carpet was dirty, one window didn’t have a screen so we had to keep it closed the bed wasn’t comfortable and I expressly asked for extra pillows for my back but they didn’t have any extra so they gave me a blanket to roll up!

They charged me more than was quoted for a dog fee. One hall smelled like fish, the next hall smelled like BO. People actually live there. There were dips in the flooring, I almost twisted my ankle when I walked down the hall the first time. The counters were stained with nail polish. I walked barefoot in the room and my feet were black! There were hairs in the tub when we first checked in. So I didn’t allow my children to sit in the tub. The “breakfast” consisted of coffee and granola bars and muffins.

The room was big and had a nice layout. The staff was friendly.

Not much you can do here but our neighbor's dog on the third floor barked around 2am to 3am ish constantly the last night of our stay, which was a bit annoying. Not sure where the owners were at the time but that's just luck of the draw when you book a hotel that allows pets.

Staff was awesome. Super helpful and polite. Thank you!! Room was spacious though shower water pressure wasn't the best but bearable. Additional kitchen ware helped if we needed to make some quick breakfast.

the training could be better with the employees very nice and welcoming and apologetic I think it falls more on the trainer more than the trainee other than that staff was very welcoming, very attentive if they were available to help

the bed was comfortable even though I had to downsize after booking a king size for my child and self because my reservation was given out which by the way took over 2 hours to getting a new conformation with a whole new reservations and a much smaller bed that was originally booked and reserved

My reservation was not going through with the code that wad emailed to me than I had to wait almost two hours I also had my babies waiting which was a school night the reason for my emergency checkin was due to my toilet overflowing and flooding half my downstairs of my home

Room was a little dated. Bathroom, kitchen and carpet could use a remodel. There was also an unpleasant, stale like odor in the room. One of the wall lights on one side of the bed was out. Wifi was spotty and kept coming in and out. There were only a few outlets in the entire room, that actually worked.

Quiet and affordable. Friendly and helpful staff.
