Had to change rooms, only to be out in a room with a leaky toilet and sink,also mild in bathroom ceiling. Ice machine on first floor didn't work, staff didn't wear masks. Not worth the money I paid!!! There was also large hole in the hallway ceiling...

at the time of our stay there were leaks everywhere. we were experiencing heavy rains. I booked a room that said it had a sofa and there wasn’t one. the fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

The very relaxed smoking near the exits, and the very popular use of marijuana, the odor of some guest was overbearingly horrible even while wearing my K95 facemask. The bathroom toilet seat had cigarette burns on it.

Nikki offered exceptional customer service, the location was great, breakfast was eatable.

THERE WERE MIX UP WITH THE ROOM THEY GAVE US THE WRONG ROOM SOMEONE WAS IN THE ROOM AND I HAD WAS TO Waite FOR ONE HOUR FOR A ROOM I WAS VERY UP SET THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVE ME BACK PART OF MY MONEY AND THEY DID NOT

Need upgraded. Pool was closed, was not advised of that. Ran out of breakfast food before 10am and would not cook more. Some staff was somewhat rude.

NO CINNAMON ROLLS 2 days in a row. Breakfast was below average. Omelets we're bad. Parking slots were too narrow. Located near a giant mall that looks like a ghost town.

No air conditioning in the hallways, I could smell the shower curtain (it needed to be washed; had a mildewy smell), and the 1st floor needed to be swept and mopped.

We loved the mattress and the pillows. We really would like to purchase from IHG if it is possible. That’s some of the best sleep we have ever had.

Room smelled like someone peed on the floor, there was no shampoo or body wash in bathroom, we requested a king room and received a room with 2 queen beds and no couch area. Breakfast was provided, but was very minimal.

The price was too high! I needed 2 rooms and ended up paying $300 for a few hours!! Next time I'm really going to consider one of those flashing light motels. Especially when it's just for one night. Why isn't breakfast from 6-10? The present time frame is too short. It makes it seem as if you're hoping to eliminate a certain group of your guests- those who are tired. We chose to sleep! If I have to get breakfast somewhere else, I'm definitely going cheaper! And all breakfast items should be offered to all guests...my goodness! The tile in the shower needs to be replaced! The wallpaper was peeling.

The floors, were clean. The pillows and bed were comfortable. Room well lit. Great bar soap! Just enough towels! I like that there's no breakfast buffet- see more information below.

After having an unpleasant and exhausting experience at the front desk, I finally made it to my room and my room was dirty. It was a dirty shower liner curtain liner on my desk and when I called front desk, I was advised that maintenance have been working on the room and must’ve left things behind. No one offered to switch my room to clean the room only to come pick up the linner. The next morning I woke up to iron my clothes and there was no iron in the room. I had to wait 20 minutes for maintenance to bring an iron. I could’ve walked down to the front desk and pick it up myself to save time.

The pancake machine didn't work our whole stay and the other breakfast items wasn't all that.

The first night I checked in Monique had amazing service. I've never had front desk call and check to make sure we were ok once we got in our room. Monique did that and it made the experience exceptional.

The Breakfast should open before 7:00am for early travelers. The swimming pool should be open and not covered up. It was kind of difficult finding the entrance somewhat off to the side. The room had a unfinished wall repair that needed painted. Room should not have been used until all repairs were 100% completed.

Went to have breakfast @ 6:45am with plans to leave hotel by 7:00am but the breakfast was not open and the person at the front desk said someone was working on getting it open by 7:00am but that was not guaranteed. Thought Breakfast typically starts by 6 or 6:30am.
