I didn't like the fact the pool was so small and they did not have a sign in list for family's or people to take turns. Families stayed in the pool the entire stay that my kids couldn't get in and they were very disappointed. The one man at the front desk tried to catch and attitude with my mother because she lost one of her room keys. That was not cool at all. Very unprofessional especially when he was on his personal phone the whole time. The breakfast was nasty and could have been better. The waffle maker was slow pouring out and only 1 maker worked when 2 was out there. The food was flavorless and overcooked. My kids did not eat it . One of the cooks checked us out and she was covered in food and her hands were not clean when she gave my receipt. Not professional or sanitary.

Rooms were clean and bathroom showers were nice and hot. Staff was very friendly and it wasn't far from beach or other attractions. Blankets were a lil thin but did the job.I loved how the hotel provided fresh lemon water up entry.

The bed wasn't comfortable the shower took forever to come on .the elevator wouldn't work at times had to take the stairs.

The location to the beach was great and a short drive to the aquarium. The lady at the front desk was super helpful.

Upon walking into the lobby, it smelled amazing! They had a wonderfully mild but pleasant scent in their deodorizer. The desk clerk was super friendly and we got checked in quickly. She asked what floor we'd like to be on and my daughter picked the 4th floor. The room was a great size for the value. Everything was clean. I love having a sofa bed for the kids. Sofa beds are never comfortable, but she didn't mind. Our bed was ok. Otherwise great! Great location close to many stores and restaurants!

It wasn’t dirty but it could have been cleaner. The floors were sticky and the door took some effort to close good. The water had a strange smell but overall it was one of the best experiences with a decent priced hotel.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. Of course it was the boxed eggs but they also had delicious sausage gravy, seasoned potatoes, and waffle makers in addition to the traditional variety. The beds were very comfortable and the room fridge was a good size.

The seats on the couch were fraying and looked rather old. The breakfast was not the best and they couldn’t keep it stocked. They quit stocking about 45 minutes before it was supposed to be over. Some of the outside doors didn’t work with the room cards.

I liked the large rooms with the high ceilings. I liked that it has an indoor pool for trips during cooler weather. The breakfast was a plus.

The smell of rotting crawfish from a market across the street. The room wasn't very clean. There was a couple sticky patches on the carpet near the sofa.

Being grilled about my needs as a paying guest who has stayed multiple times at this facility with no questioning prior.

There is one person on the day shift at the front desk who has of late given me difficulties during my stay: he declines all room requests while my simple request of a 1st floor room and one more pillow has never been declined. At my most recent check in, he questioned my disability status. I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran. I suffer from head and cervical injuries which at times cause problems with my balance and gate, so a 1st floor room is most safe for me in case of elevator mishaps and a special access room is needed due to the extra support attached to the walls and in the shower.
