We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Security doors were left propped open for the construction workers all night long. Maids spoke very little English, knocked on door, then took off down the hall.... Went to turn on faucet in tub and the entire mechanism moved in the wall.

Our room was redone and it was nice with exception of no couch or comfortable chair to sit in. OOPS! I didn’t follow instructions……. I shared what I liked and disliked all here.

3 sets of key cards couldnt open the door & when the maid opened the door couldn’t lock it from the inside. Then had to Move rooms, the tv in the new room didn’t work. A lot of unnecessary chaos. I was told it was under new management. And since it’s under new management, it’s required to Leave a deposit of $150 cash if you’re using cash. That’s not on the internet when booking your room. The staff was helpful but don’t think I will be returning 2nd trip to this hotel in asheboro nc and nothing but headaches.

United StatesThe vending machines at both buildings either did not take money or took money but did not give credit for it. When I did get enough credit, after trying several items that were sold out I could not get my money back. I ended up needing to get refunded from the main desk. The building looked to be under some renovation with stuff stored in the gym area. Found that the back door going into the second building was propped open when we arrived and not sure how long it stayed that way.
The beds were comfy and room looked quite clean. The breakfast area was fully stocked. The A/C unit worked very well at keeping the room cool.

United StatesThe bathroom was not very clean. Someone opened the soap bar package and left it next to the bathroom sink. The shower was dated and did not look appealing due to caulking that was half gone and slightly molded in those areas. I later found out someone was given the room but then they asked for a room change. That would explain the open bar of soap. I had to keep the room because there were no other non-smoking rooms available. And even though I have more negative things to say, I would stay there again.
The bed looked clean and it was comfortable. The room could have been more clean but it was okay. The staff went out of their way to try to make me happy.

United Statesno elevators the first two rooms we were given was not finished being clean we had to keep going to front desk to get it straighten out the 3rd rooms were fine. The front desk staff gave me the impression this happens all the time and it was no big deal but it was to my family. I booked two rooms and had to go through this for both of them
