I booked reservations for a 2 bed and when I got there they didn’t have any but they could see my reservation so we ended up with a one bed and recliner why book a room if you won’t have it when you get there it was to late to cancel without being charged to go somewhere else on top of that it was oye and trying to get a room would have been tough

Your senior management def needs to take a tour-like under cover boss!! Risky part- w/ other guests asking me if I had a gun? What? Front doors were ALWAYS DIRTY- GROSS! I asked repeat ably to plz clean them-staff- they said yes ok blah blah- never happened! More concerned about smoke breaks and playing on their cell phones! Your guests should not have to ask for this! Dirty- needs painting and carpets cleaned! My reservation was messed up from the get go- I was too tired and jet lagged to change- I kept hoping and praying it would get better!! Never did- Tracy- mngr was ok- she needs re-training or another career!

Kitchen was ok- had to ask for things and then remind the front desk- come on! No big bugs-praise God! Reasonable quiet at night! Did not feel that safe---

Breakfast was included in my payment but was never served, zero customer service. Wrong room key 🔑 was given to us and we had to stay to wait for the receptionist to finish arguing with another customer.... it was a mess... I will never book such a mess in my life .. waste of money

The hotel seem to be for dogs. At least everyone there that we seen had a dog and you could smell it when you step into the hallway. The entry door to get in hardly worked and you had to wait on staff to let you in

I attempted to call the hotel in the afternoon to inform them of our arrival time and it took me 45min to get someone to answer the phone after calling repeatedly. Finally talk to someone and I am then told (after room was already booked and paid for 5days prior) that there is a 100.00 deposit that needs to be paid. There was nothing on neither booking.com nor the hotels site that states there is a deposit. I will never stay at this particular location again. The staff was rude including the manager. The manager stated it isn't her problem about the deposit. They have horrible customer service. On the day we checked out housekeeping knocked on our door at 10am (checkout is at 11am) and asked us if we were staying or checking out. I found that incredibly rude.

The place needs some repairs. And they said they had breakfast but they did not. Personally I think amount you pay is too much. I could have stayed at Bestway Inn and it would have been cheaper.

BathRoom/Shower was not clean. No bedspread or blanket, just a cover sheet. The parking lot was unkept (scattered trash), and the “feel” of the lobby and hallways was dingy/dirty and poorly lit. The two occupants/residents in the unit across the hall from our room began a 1 hour fever-pitched screaming argument with mutual threats of violence at 5:30 A.M. We were up anyway for an early departure but the heated nature, volume and tone of the disagreement was “unsettling “. The general area around the facility was acceptable (light industry/manufacturing) but the motel’s parking lot was sprinkled generously with litter/trash. Several people “lurking” about gave it a questionable, potentially unsafe feeling.

Close to downtown Oklahoma City. The price was reasonable for a place to sleep for one night but compared to the other lodgings at the same price point we used later on the trip it was not a “Good Value”.
