For the location, smell, and look of the property, it was too expensive. The should reduce their price.

Wood floors were stained with black grime. A/C was inconsistent and came on VERY LOUD. When I checked out, asked for a receipt. Told the guy about the A/C & he just looked at me. The lady next to him, probably a Mgr, apologized and thanked me. Asked for hot water & was directed to a regular sink for tea water. It was hot, I must admit. Price was outrageous but I saved $80 for being a Booking.com elite member.

Beautiful room with two A/C units and a living room suite. They made an attempt at breakfast with grab & go. Yogurt was large. Included a sausage breakfast sandwich (I’m allergic to sausage), a fruit punch drink & a fruit and nut bar. Was on my way to work event & NO SPOON. Check-in was easy. Friendly staff. Tub was nice. Frig, safe & coffee station present. I think, a microwave. The bed was like a dream, soft and comfy. Wow! Stunning king room suite. Very nice.

This is an old dirty inn in need of deep cleaning and maintenance upgrades throughout. Carpets on all floors are heavily soiled (especially in the stairwells) moldy musty smell and dirty walls in all interior areas. Ratty old carpeting in room with old rickety furniture that looked like it was salvaged from the dump. The room had a moldy ashtray smell. The vanity light was not working. Noise from the 14 freeway that runs next to property was annoying. An empty box of condoms was found under the mattress.

The pillows Are horrible too small too hard? Need the old school pillows.

Staff was excellent and friendly I wish I knew or I remembered the check Check-in staff's name. She was very nice. The only thing I think is you guys need to provide. Not those small little fluffy pillows. Those pillows are horrible. I have to travel with my own pillows every time I come to the hotell whatever happened to the long pillows?

The room was a little shabby. Tiles in the bathroom had dirt/mold in the shower area. The hotel is right next to the freeway and my room looked right out on the freeway; traffic noise was quite loud. WiFi was a bit spotty, coming and going. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Coffee containers ran out and there was no staff there to refill them.

Did it like the year and I found on the first night in my bed didn't like the roach I found on the second night of my seven nights day didn't like the management which refused to give me a full refund for the problems I had during my stay

The night of Dec. 4, 2023 one key wasn't working and the desk clerk would not let my son's wife into the room. They told her only my son could authorize her but he works nights and wasn't available. The clerk said his phone was not on file so she couldn't call him. That was a lie; the next morning the new clerk said his phone was on file and she could have called. My daughter-in-law called me that night but the clerk wouldn't talk to me and I paid for the room with my credit card. The clerk told my daughter-in-law that I couldn't authorize her either. However, the next morning the new clerk told her that my name was on the file and I could have authorized her too. Since they refused to let her into her room, my daughter-in-law was forced to go elsewhere. Fortunately for her, her parents didn't live far away but she had none of her belongings. My son got off work at 3 am, I'm not sure what time he got his wife and went to the desk to clear this up. Overall it stained the experience the couple should have had. The clerk on shift that night needs to be talked to about the lies she told. Personally, I'd fire her.

The place was clean and other than the one night clerk the employees were nice.
