I did complain about my room. The bathroom, yuck. We took a shower on a towel. There was a mouse trap behind the toilet, and the shower curtain had mold.

We got 2 rooms. One of the rooms you had to cut the water on and off by the knob on the back of the toilet. The second room long dog hair ALL over the room. Black mold behind the bed. Weird smell. Room didn’t look like it was deep cleaned only spot cleaned. The room for the gym was unusable used as storage. And the heated pool was freezing far from heated as advertised. Continental breakfast was donuts and honey buns

Bathroom door needed replacing. Bath towel rack not close enough to shower for handicapped person. (Not the hand towel rack). Light switch not working by entry door and light switch behind tv not easy to get to.

Non-smoking rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes, cigarette burns in the comforters, stains on pillowcases, remote was missing.

The toilet handle was broken off the toilet. We had to raise the back of the toilet up to flush the toilet. There was no trash can in the room. It wasn't the cleanest of rooms by any means. The room was a smoking room and there weren't any ash trays to put the cigarettes in. The bath tub was filthy. The floors were clearly not swept or mopped. For what we paid for the room for just ONE NIGHT. I expected the room to be a little better than what it was!

Unfortunately, this property has declined significantly. The bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest (we found body hairs in the bedding), the towels were stained, and the refrigerator barely worked. There was trash piled up all over the property. The included breakfast was incredibly disappointing and included only some mini muffins, juice from concentrate, and coffee. And, the price for one night had increased significantly since we last stayed. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I've stayed here before, a few years ago during a similar trip. It is inexpensive and a basic refuge, and has a decent indoor pool. There was food for breakfast that you could eat that didn't come in a grab-and-go bag.

The room all together! I was only there for one night for a family emergency. I got there so late that I couldn’t find anywhere else to stay and was gone lose my money cause I reserved it on line. Never again!

The room was nasty especially the bathroom where door was off the hinges so couldn’t close , the shower barely even drained. The beds had pet hair all in them. We had to go to Walmart and get covers to lay on. No appliances worked in the room but 2 lights.

I didn’t like that I can smell the smoke of the other room smoking weed and it was all over our room just to much and it wasn’t clean and the toilet was broken we had to flush it using a bucket of water to flush it 😤😡🤬

Room needed lots of work. Looked like someone punched holes on walls. Then they patched it, but didn't do a good job. Charged me for an extra night because I wasn't there by 4. Still haven't gotten that money back. Came in from pool and wiped up water off floor and towels and towels were black.

The noise the walls were thin
