The line for the breakfast was really, really long. This is something that should be addressed. Even though breakfast came with the room, we ended up leaving and going to get breakfast somewhere else because the line was so long.

The facilities are nice. We ate dinner at the bar one night and it had a nice ambience. Room was clean and spacious. The location is near lots of restaurants and shops.

There was a lot of noise. It seemed like we could hear a furnace turning on and off or something. It was only mildly bothersome during the sleeping hours. Did not notice so much during the day.

The gym equipment is very poor, no bench press, it needs an improvement. A pool and jacuzzi would be nice.

Love the location, the nice modern clean confortable bedroom (good king size bed) w water view. Nice decoration, spacious, friendly staff, vallet parking, easy access and delicious included breakfast. Lovely stay, we'll come back.

The room was clean but housekeeping was minimum. Our towels were changed and the beds made, but for example, they never took away or replaced used coffee mugs or water glasses. We were left without toilet paper one day.

The king suite was very comfortable with a separate bedroom and pullout. Two tvs (but only one remote). Big bathroom. Gym was excellent. Bar/lounge area also very spacious and comfortable. Decent breakfast included in the price.

Great staff, very accommodating. The harbor views are fantastic, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. I plan to stay here again!

The location was a bit out of the city, but could easily get transport into the city or a 40 minute stroll.

Breakfast was included, whilst the selection wasn’t massive it had enough variety to make for a very good breakfast. Hotel staff were great and helpful at all times, Room was spacious and clean.The roof terrace with the fire was a great place to relax. Would recommend.

A little too far from the train lines.

Breakfast was good! Lots of choices. The room we got was on the 11th floor, which I liked but was close to the elevator. I had sound machines on at night so didn’t hear much but should’ve requested one of the harbor facing rooms. It was a little far from the Seaport shopping/dining area but we walked that 1/2 mile a lot. I was there for the marathon.

I read somewhere that Parking was $35 discounted but was told it was $45 once I was onsite (compared to $55 full price).

This was our first time staying at this property and we liked the location and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was friendly and main lobby was bright and welcoming.

Location worked for us but could be too far from centre for those with smaller children who want to walk. Breakfast is limited but good, but seating in the breakfast room is minimal and over the weekend people had to sit in the business area. Not a far walk but with small kids around not ideal to be walking with hot liquid / floor across such a space

They have a nice rooftop area that could be put to good use as a bar. Definitely not a complaint…. Just a suggestion to make it even better.

Very modern. Extremely clean and well maintained. All the staff (front desk, bar, door entry, and housekeepers) were overly nice and accommodating. This hotel is also in a great spot. Close to the airport and many of the local restaurants and bars.
