Bed & linens were mediocre, slow/outdated elevator, basic rooms. Was promised a bathrobe in the room (no bathrobe). Also promised a hot breakfast with burritos and sandwiches only to find plain bagels and doughy croissants left to get soggy in wasteful plastic bags, along with the worst breakfast I've ever seen. Front desk staff blamed all problems on the breakfast staff. Then the manager blamed the issues on the truck being late, said they would correct the issues and make it right, still have yet to hear from them 4 days later. Overall waste of money, only benefit is their location to Keystone but not worth it since the parking is free at Keystone anyway. The hotel parking was laughable for the size of the hotel. Hot tubs are okay, small and interesting setup. Checking in, the front desk staff seemed to not know what he was doing and told me after several attempts to run my card "this card reader never works" clearly letting me know the managers don't replace broken or old technology. First and last stay here.

1. Upon checking in, we were offered a different less expensive room that we accepted, however we were billed for the original room and it took quite a bit of hassle when checking out to modify the bill. Credit to the guy at the front desk - Juan? - who was helpful and made it happen. 2. The bar is terrible - grim and the service unacceptable. Unfriendly and totally unprofessional. I had the feeling the person has never worked in a bar before. There was only 1 other costumer and I wasn't able to get a drink for 10 min - the bar tender was chatting on the phone - so I left without getting a drink. 3. The heating didn't work in the room when we arrived - shouldn't happen in a room that charges > $ 500 a night. Fortunately maintenance arrived very soon and very polite young man fixed the problem in about 15 min. 4. The room was way overpriced for what it was. 5. On this trip I stayed in a condo and an upscale Hostel, both offered free secure wifi/high speed internet. At the Hyatt I could only get unsecured slow connection after having to register on each of my mobile devices. What a waste of time.

Room was clean and comfortable, suitable for 2 people. The breakfast was ok, a bigger selection would be better especially for those staying longer.

We had AC issues the entire trip. There was no incentive or discount offered for it being so warm in our room; only a tiny fan. The staff was rude and tended to “locals” more politely. Not informative or helpful only pointing “go that way.” The ski lift was quite a walk, as was my son’s snow board class that would have been a 25 minute walk had they not found transportation. There was no power for 6 hours one night, no back up generators or incentive for inconvenience. Exit signs did not light up as they are mounted in the wrong direction. I would never stay here again.

The breakfast had limited options. I appreciate the juice bar and coffee/hot water area. Unfortunately the actual food was minimal. The bathrooms vents were disgusting, the shower looked dirty. I found hair ties that don't belong to my party on the floor in the room which made us question the whole cleanliness of everything else. My suggestion is to get rid of the couch, put a chair instead so you can fit the tv stand in correctly and add a coffee pot.

Because of Covid, breakfast was prepackaged sausage and egg biscuit or egg biscuit, green bananas, apples, prepackaged fruit cup or cereal and yogurt. The hotel was clean and in good shape, but it was expensive. I guess it's that was because of slope accessibility in the winter. But....we were there in summer.
