Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesAs stated above, the breakfast for us wasn't the greatest. Some donuts or pastries or granola bars would have been a nice addition. I also missed not having access to filtered water so I could refill my water bottle.
We loved the location, easy access to/from freeway and good restaurants that did carry out. We travel with 2 small dogs and the staff was very accommodating, putting us on the first floor, near an exit for dog walks. The king room was good sized and comfortable. I would have appreciated some pastries at breakfast, but we did oatmeal/bagels and fruit instead. There's a nice area to walk the dogs, and I loved being able to walk across the street for food. Not getting back in the car after 10 hours was dreamy,
