I must say that parking was pretty tight. If you leave out then return later at night you might not be able to find close parking. Since this was off season, I wonder what the parking is like during peak summer time. Also, I wish the bathroom was a little bigger but it was very clean.

The entire hotel looked like a picture from a magazine. Absolutely beautiful and super, super clean. I had no major issues about the hotel or room. Beds were very comfy. Loved the kitchen layout. Hallways, elevators, stairwells were clean. Did I mention everything was super clean! The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were really nice. We did visit during the off season. I will have to come back during the summer season to get the full experience.

The restaurant seating was kind of sub par and could have been more comfortable. The food was just ok and the cocktail was lacking alcohol. the accommodations were great, but the restaurant was much better 5 years ago when we stayed.

2 things were not up to par. 1) The bathtub ran orange/rusty when we turned it on - we had to flush the water for about 5 minutes before it ran clear. 2) Our booking was for 4 people and included breakfast - however, the hotel said the voucher is only for 2 guests, the other 2 guests had to pay full-price for breakfast. This was definitely NOT expressed anywhere in the booking or confirmation - it made me angry and decreased my overall satisfaction.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. We were there in winter, but you can tell it's an amazing place to stay in the summer for location alone.

resort fees , off season so no use of the pool or beach, some of the people were loud and noisy running around but not for long periods just very late, 15.00 for a PRETZEL in the bar,

the fact that all the rooms are the same and when I selected premium I thought paying close $100 more, I was getting more space. it was a little deceiving on booking. The only difference is the side floor. And to be honest on the winter you don’t need the best view. that just wasn’t right.

The coastal blue restaurant was awful. Great place for an older couple to enjoy or couples in general, not preferable to a young adult traveling solo during winter time.

The housekeeping was exceptional. I was surprised by how big and nice the suite was. I didn’t utilize the ocean or amenities.

I have my own vacation rental & I needed a break! This was spur of the moment & off season. The staff was exceptional. mgr. Jonathan, front desk help as well as the Mgr. in the restaurant. I never would dare to have everything white, however you pulled it off. Great cleaning staff as well. The only things I would change if you ever could. The loud heating/cooling unit?? in room/balconey. Little larger bathrm. add a fan to drone out noise. Loved that the Restaurant was flexible with what I could eat (diabetic) made me special drink & even brought food to my room. Kitchen was well equipped. I would have added aside table between couch & chair. Beautifully decorated.

The price is a bit steep but was worth the money.

This trip and hotel were amazing. The lobby smelled amazing when I walked in as they had a fall scented infusion going on. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had requested a high floor close to the ocean. They accommodated that request with the top floor room that was closest to the ocean. The room was immaculate, comfy and tastefully decorated. The shower was amazing and the view from my private balcony was spectacular. Can’t wait to go back again!
