The television image was fuzzy, the shower didn’t drain, the remote checkout didn’t work when we tried to check out, there was towel bar that was missing (ripped out of the wall)

The windows were covered with pull-down blinds. Very bright at night. Let light in. Needs better window coverings. And I didn't like the check in process. It was done via Tele conference. There was nobody at the desk when I first arrived.

The location was good. Near the canyons. And a great restaurant was within walking distance

Minus the people sharing rooms next to you, the place is nice for price, it’s clean and they got what you need, I take my own coffee pot 😁 I’d stay there again

the check inn counter is a kiosk with an over sized tele prompt monitor screen remote to check inn room key generated out off of a machine. i couldnt understand the the asian person because of the accent. most likely out of the country.

Clean & Beds very comfortable!

Have stayed before. While it's a basic one level motel the location and room were excellent. We were greeted by a Robot with a live person talking remotely. Checked us in and out and were very nice.

The room was small, but I think Expedition upgraded my room, so that's not a fair comparison. The bathtub was slippery and didn't have a plug so no bath (a big deal after 3 days of hiking!). Check in was weird - they had a kiosk with a person you video chat with or something. Glad I didn't have to use that. No free breakfast - you have to go to The Adventure Inn next door if you want breakfast. The parking lot is tiny, so it's a good thing that I got there early. I paid approximately $1 less for this place per night vs Expedition. Maybe I got lucky with Expedition, I don't know.

It's not that this place is bad, so much as it's mediocre, and didn't compare to staying at the Expedition Lodge (should've decided to book 3 nights instead of 2 sooner - my bad). The room was very clean, had bedspreads that weren't white, comfortable bed and pillows, good toiletries, and a great recommendation for a place to eat!

No staff on site. You walk in and a person on a computer screens greets you. Don't know if they are even in the same country. Might be cheaper and perhaps cost savings but definitely not a personable experience.

Cheapest option in town during the eclipse! It was fine for a couple of nights. There was no one at reception. Instead a video call on a screen was made to check us in which was different.

Service at breakfast was slow and some tables, including ours, were served out of turn.

Check-in went smoothly. Room allocated was quite some distance from reception but was quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant next door was convenient and the service at dinner was good.

Crazy kiosk check in. Room was clean but bathroom looks like it was remodeled in about 2 hours by 12 year olds. Still had blue tape at bottom of tile. Tub drain control removed and sitting in corner of tub. Was ok for me and by buddy, but I wouldn't bring my wife here.

There were some foul odors from an apparent plumbing issue in a room close to ours, kinda stinky.

Check in was cool, contactless registration and keys issued electronically, pretty cool stuff :)

This time some things in the room weren’t working. Like, the bathroom fan, and warming light, the hair blower outlet, the ‘constant fan’ on the heating unit. Seems the upkeep has deteriorated a little. :(

I’ve stayed at the Inca Inn many times. I really like it! I like the smallness of it. I like parking right outside my door.

Older facility but bed and bedding did appear to have been updated. The bottom bed sheet was not fitted and did not remain in place. The room needed a good cleaning, base boards and top of tall furniture were dusty. Tub in the bath was in need of cosmetic repair, Finishes were lower end and NO USB ports available. Lighting limited. Eight to ten miles further to restaurants.

The location was great. The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. Of the facilities available it was the best value although quite expensive for what one got. WIFI worked well. Quiet.

Did not like the impersonal remote check-in. Also website shows a continental breakfast and there is nothing. That needs correcting!

Room was nice with comfortable bed. Microwave didn't work but they replaced it immediately.
