Not a fan of the kiosk. It was very hard to change the dates on this reservation, it took me almost an hour. Because of a leak, I didn't have running water for 2 mornings. No problem, but I wished they had communicated more proactively.

We stayed for 3 nights and the key was not working for the second and third day and had to good to fix it

kiosk checkin via the Philippines was very slow, always a queue and key cards often didn’t work. also incorrect information given. the laundry room machines didn’t work and we’re a real hassle. fortunately the kind staff let me use their drier. place looks like it needs some cash spent on it.

Virtual kiosk did not work.

The kiosk front desk does not work if you need immediate help. A light did not work in our room. We had to report it 2 times before the local manager came by to fix. 3 of 4 mornings we had to report to the virtual kiosk that breakfast was out of milk. None arrived in time for breakfast. Kiosk was ok for check in, but not for addressing needs during the stay.

I didn't like the check-in process with a person through a camera and mic and no in-person service. The breakfast room is very small and serving two hotels.

The breakfast was poor and served in the next door hotel reception which was extremely packed, no space to eat at all. The bathroom floor was not very clean.

The checkin is horrible: a machine with camera where you talk to someone in (I think) India. Why do you scan passports. Where do you store this data and how long g do you keep it? The robot in India could not tell me

The motel was run from the sister Adventure motel and the breakfast room was a little crowed having to support 2 motels.

Location was. good. We had a problem with the fridge which was reported and. the fridge was replaced very quickly.

Very orange Halloween colored light in the bathroom, bed was too soft. Staff turned off water in the middle of day without warning.

Hot water from cold tap - hmm. Shower was a bit weak and the wiring looked decidedly iffy. Some items only came to life when main light switched on. Bathroom window could only be opened if you were there as access would have been unobserved and easy- but then there would be no privacy.

Well located a brief walk from downtown - far enough to work up an appetite but not too far to be a problem. Decent breakfast but next door - a sister establishment.
