Some of the staff at the front desk are really not friendly… you feel bad asking for help or for anything. However there there was one man at reception who was most helpful: Moosa (the gent who helps with bags and taxis) was just so amazing and helpful!

The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean!

It was expensive and there was no restaurant or bar & we like to have a drink after dinner ect.

The property was nice & clean. The doorman was terrific & gave us good advice on where to eat! He got our luggage unloaded & loaded promptly.

I was incorrectly charged at check out and have tried to contact the hotel via email, via website and via this booking.com app and have not received any response or reply. It is extremely dissatisfying as a paying customer at the lack of any customer service or responsiveness.

It was a good location, convenient and spacious.

Air conditioning in the room is very noisy. Windows don’t block out sound very well.

We asked to be moved from our original room. The location was very noisy and the room had a few minor inconveniences. The staff accommodated the request within the day.

It was pricy but that’s more a reflection of New York than of the hotel itself.

Ink 48 was slick, clean, well-staffed and well-located. Everything ran very smoothly and reception were quick, relaxed and efficient with any queries. The room was immaculately clean and exactly as described - I stayed in King suite with city view. I found location was ideal - fifteen minute walk to Central Park, with plenty of good food and drink options around Hell’s Kitchen itself.

No breakfast buffet, the rooftop was closed and was the main reason we booked this hotel, a bottle of water for 8$, it costs to watch a movie from the tv in the room. In my opinion, these things should be included when you pay what you pay. Good to know that the hotel is close to a bar/club, so there is a lot of noise during night.

I liked how kind and welcoming the staff were. Whenever we needed something, they were always available. Thanks to Chris for helping us out with our bags. I also like the location of the hotel. We could walk to several places in under 20 minutes, which was great in sunny weather.

The window covering in the room are a little bit old and could be renewed. Also, the deposit (100 USD/day) is still blocked, however not charged, on our VISA. We got confirmation from the hotel that they released it, so we're checking with VISA for the moment but I'm confident it'll be OK.

We travelled with our 2 teens (15 and 12 yo) and shared 1 large room with 2 queensize beds. The room and bathroom were spacious with regards to NY-standards and was very clean and modern. Every day a change of bath linnen, cleaning of the room and new amenities (shampoo etc). The staff is very friendly, our requests (eg. extra toilet paper) were complied almost immediately (within 15 mins). We stayed in April: restaurant and rooftop were closed but there was free coffee in the lobby which was great. Location to us was excellent: 15 mins walk from Times Square, close to restaurant row (a lot of very nice restaurants!) and also 1 street away from the Intrepid/Circle Line cruises and thus the Hudson river. 20 mins walk (alongside Hudson river) to Hudson yards/the Vessel. For the price we payed (via Booking.com) I would say this was an excellent value-for-money hotel.

Nothing really to complain. It can get a bit noisy at night due to the police and firebrigades frequently driving down the street but this is NYC and nothing that the hotel can change. There is a small gym that you can use free of charge 24/7 but there are obviously not too many machines to use.

Clean and modern hotel room in Hell’s Kitchen. We were travelling with kids and the staff was very friendly. Safe environment.
