The hotel restaurant and rooftop lounge space closed some months before and were still vacant. There was some noise from the bar across the street.

The accommodation was booked for four people however every single day we have received only three towels, so we needed to request them every day.

The hotel is really close to NY highlights (Broadway theatres, Time Square, Central park etc.) The staff was very polite and really helpful.

Staff did not respond to my multiple messages to release the blocked security amount that is still blocked. Hotel just needs to send one sentence that they do not have any claim and are ready to release it. That is it. You can respond on booking or on email natia3000@yahoo.com

Location was good but surrounding streets not so good. Trash everywhere, people getting high and homeless. Also the main attractions ( lounge on 16th floor) was close… that was one of the reason we chose this hotel. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. For the price $$$$$ every thing should of have been perfect.

There was no restaurant/bar on site as they were closed for refurbishment, we were not informed. We booked this hotel for the skyline views from the restaurant and bars. There was limited coffee in the morning we stayed for 7 days and we only managed to get a cuppa each once as stocks didn't last (first come first get the coffee ) The internet was down for a few days we were international travelers and needed wifi.

It's a 15 minute walk to subway stations. The street is noisy so try to get a room as high up in the building as possible. The rooftop patio and bar wasn't open - we weren't informed beforehand.

Did a 50$-upgrade to highest floor available and got 11th floor with a nice view. The staff was really nice and helpful. Borrowed hotel bikes for free and took them for a ride in Central Park.

The cleaning products left a strange smell afterwards that was really unpleasant.

The glass door of the bathroom dragged on the floor creating a very loud and painful screeching noise each time.

The only downside for us was that the Wi-Fi was down for a couple days and being from a different country it was not ideal but this is not the fault of the staff. Was a shame that the restaurant and bar were under renovation but just bad timing from us

The reason we chose the hotel was for the iconic rooftop bar. When we booked there was no mention that the bar would be closed and we had no notification from the hotel before our stay which was disappointing. We asked for a coffee machine but everyday we had to ask for them to replenish the coffee supplies including cups. The wifi stopped working part through our stay with no notification or explanation from the hotel

Modern style to the reception and bedroom. We had a very large room but it was an accessible room so I am not sure what the standard rooms are like. Because the location was near the river it felt very open and light.
