Shuttle only runs on the hour, was not informed they only pick up on one side of airport, waited in -7* on wrong side for 30 min. , got flu to start my trip.

We arrived at midday and asked if we could leave our bags and return later in the day. The lady on reception was adamant they won't store any luggage, for an airport hotel not to store luggage is ridiculous .As a result we had to carry our bags around Denver to several business meetings.

We booked and paid for two rooms with Booking. When we checked in they could not find the second room under our reservation. The line was long and we had evening plans so we checked into the one room to drop off our luggage. When we returned we were offered the opportunity to buy the second room. The hotel staff said they only received one room payment. We declined to purchase the second room because it was late and we were leaving in just 4 hours.

The hotel was located conveniently close to the airport.

We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. We ended up taking an Uber to the hotel.

Good value for the money. Furnishings were a little worn, but clean.

Construction. Dirty in areas. Tv needed batteries, no lite bulb in bed stand. Grout dirty in bathroom.

The reception staff member was quite disinterested, sitting scrolling on her phone when I arrived. Minimal interaction. It is an aging hotel. The gym had machines that were broken and was quite limited in what was available. Not much around for a meal and a drink in the evening.

It was fairly close to the airport. Free basic breakfast was typical of a US-style chain - enough to get you going in the morning, but nothing special. Room was quiet and spacious. I was given a free upgrade to a larger room.

There was an in-room coffee maker and I had coffee for the first day. Housekeeping doesn't clean the room unless asked which is typical these days however if they aren't going to come in and replenish the supplies they should set up the room for the length of the stay or there should be some available at the desk, When I returned to my room in the evening and realized there was no coffee for in the morning I went to the desk to inquire only to be told there is nobody on shift to get more coffee and the desk clerk has no access to it.

The location was convenient. The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The free breakfast was adequate. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

the front desk clerk was so helpful . We had an early flight out of Denver and had to be airport before the shuttle started. The shuttle starts at 4am. She was wonderful - contacted an uber driver for us and confirmed all details. The driver was timely and friendly. He dropped us off right at the terminal. I thought the $$ for an uber was high - $42.00 for 2 people, but I'm not sure what the normal $ for an uber to the airport should be

The beds are really comfy. Tops bar close by has good food and staff.

The building is showing its age. Furniture in room was ready for a garage sale. If a full remodeling job is out of the question, some new carpet and a little paint would go a long way. And try getting in/out of that shuttle van!

It did the job - safe and quiet. Staff was freindly & did their jobs. Bed was good.
