The first thing I noticed when I pulled into the parking lot was the large group of men partying outside their room and playing loud music, in the parking lot. I immediately didn't feel safe since I was staying alone. Then when I opened the door to my room the smell immediately hit me. It smelled horrible. Not only the powerful smell of some terrible type of cleaner/bug spray perhaps, but also just the underlying smell of people's rancid odors. The smell was really very sickening and over powering. Then I noticed that the second lock on the door above the dead bolt, the kind of lock where you flip the one piece over the door to add extra security, was broken. The piece that you flip was missing entirely, which meant anyone with a key card could walk in at any moment or whenever they wanted to, and that made me feel VERY unsafe.

I initially liked the location but upon arrival I didn't feel safe so I didnt end up staying.

When we first got there they have to let you in the lobby which was my first red flag that they need to be behind a security barrier. Then greeted by someone who didn't speak English had to wait for someone to speak with. The gentleman was polite. We go to our room couldn't park by it because a uhaul trailer was parked across several spaces. Strange people sitting outside we walked up filthy stairway to the room. Opened the door and was hit with a smell I assume was some cleaning agent but it was overwhelming. Walked into the room and the smell got worse and walked back out. Husband couldn't breathe and I started itching. Went to turn out key back in and all they said was it was just cleaned no offer of compensation or different room etc.. I needed to leave because I was so uncomfortable didn't want to argue etc. Submitted a request for refund and he said I politely agreed to pay umm no. Then when asking booking for help he told them he offered another room another lie. We had to find other accommodations and I dealt with a rash for three days of our vacation with no offer of compensation. Would highly recommend avoiding this property. The reviews on here must be fake as I cannot find anything positive about this location. AVOID at all costs!!

The room would benefit from better air circulation. CO2 reading topped 1000 when closed up for the night. All in all a great, comfortable stay.

The location is easily accessible. The reception was very good, the room was clean and comfortable.

The first room they gave us was dirty. I have pictures. The bed was not made, the garbage can was dirty, there was hair in the sink, the refrigerator was full of leftover food and there was a joint by the phone. like I said, I have pictures. When I complained he told me I could leave and go across the street or take a 2nd floor room. We have mobility issues but we had no choice. That room was better. The lamps didn’t all work. The floor needed sweeping and lots of things needed dusting OH and the door didn’t lock!!!! So when the guy at the front desk told us we could leave and he’d refund my money, when I left and told him I was not staying the additional night and he could just refund for that night, he said he couldn’t refund anything and I would have to go through Booking.com.

The place is a little dated/ older, and it was noisy during the night when we stayed there.

Great price compared to other hotels nearby. The staff was friendly and check-in/ check-out was easy. Room was clean and everything worked fine. Large fridge, microwave, small kitchen sink, and large room was all nice features. Convenient and plenty of parking.

Language challenge with lady who greeted me at the front desk. Had to wait a while for someone else to come back who spoke good English.

I arrived late on a Sunday evening. They were helpful with showing me where to quickly get dinner before everything closed. I had a full size fridge with large freezer in my room. Meant I could refreeze all my water bottles for my coolers. The place was cool and clean.

The room was a little dated, that is the only thing that would improve the stay.

The room had LVT flooring instead of carpet. The bathroom was tile. Fantastic for us since we have allergies to dust and mold. The personnel we met were wonderful, informative, helpful, and accommodating.

The check-in process was great and went smoothly and we got rooms all together. The man working at the front desk was dressed nicely, knew what he was doing and was very friendly at both check in and check out. It was so nice that the rooms had a fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster.

The TV was disconnected and did not work. But was not a big deal.
